Great communication, everything went smoothly, and I got a wonderfull Orient Bambino with a Baby Blue dial that was nearly impossible to find anywhere. Highly recommended!

thought they are a legit company. But so far 3 weeks passed and nothing arrived. Their support didnt answer 2 weeks before, no tracking!

I contacted my bank to get the money back which i got instantly.

Ordered a curved rubber strap for the Rolex but it didn't fit the model as advertised.

Unofruntely its a cheap strap from Temu! Visible on the cheap plastic bag!

Had to call my bank to do a chargeback!

Full on scam. No package arrived and no customer support. Stay away from this company.

I want to warn my dear watch enthusiasts.

I purchased a rubber strap for my omega and the packaging showed it comes from Temu. So they literally just dropship the same product for 10x the price, this is beyond crazy. Additionally they sent me the wrong color!

The product is amazing but the customer service is even better. Great people and a great product. I bought two straps. One for an Omega and one for a Rolex. They look and feel just as luxurious as the watches.

I purchased with Strapseeker for the first time 3 weeks ago and somehow the package is lost between Singapore and the US. When I ordered shipment said 7 to 28 days but after 3 weeks it had not moved. I reached out to customer service and apparently, they changed carriers. They are sending another strap free of charge. Let's see if the second one makes it at least in a decent time or if I ever receive the first one.
Aug 31: Second strap finally arrived. It looks like good quality. Size could be a bit off. I ordered the 22mm and it is a bit tight against the watch. Be sure to measure correctly or give them extra space between lugs.

First, watchstraps fit great and look super. Watches now set for summer wear.
Second, Strapseeker not only has quality merchandise, they have fantastic customer service as well. My shipment was not received so using chat to communicate, this fine company replaced the order after I told them it was not received. The turnaround was only 2 days, and items were received when promised. It seems their courier lost the original package.
This company is now my “go to” shop if I ever need straps. I’ll also check website for other items. They have a variety of watches and accessories. It’s great when you can find an online vendor you trust! Thanks again, StrapSeeker!

I'm a picky person, but this company surpassed my expectations. They went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, from the stitching to the buckle. I couldn't be happier.

I found the Seiko Limited Edition (SRPF19K1) that I was looking for in this shop listed much cheaper than what I could find in any european shop.
Was a bit hesitant because there is not much feedback about them anywhere and they ship from Singapore.
In the end I ordered it, paying with Paypal just in case, and everything went great. The watch was at home in less than 1 week (DHL express) in perfect condition. The price was so competitive even after customs it was worth it. Also it is a japanese version of the watch with the day of the week in kanji what is a plus for me in this model.
