I received the order quickly and although there was a mix up with the sizes its was sorted in a well constructed and personal manner. However I think a customer should not have to pay for the return delivery. Most companys are free post now.

I purchased a hoodie & 2 tshirts which arrived well packed & in no time at all. I'll be buying from street casuals again. The customer service in the Cardiff store is just as good. Keep it up.

Ordered a bag from StreetCasuals asking for next day delivery. Extremely quick dispatch and great product. Unfortunately the Royal Mail messed the delivery up (certainly not SCs fault) and I did not receive my product on time. However, the customer service team were great, apologized, sorted the issue and even refunded the next day delivery fee no hassle. Great service. Thank you.

Would have given a full 5 stars for an awesome experience but Royal Mail ruined everything again with the slow delivery and lack of tracking. I haven't gotten my stuff =(

Bought penfield womens Gibson jacket in royal blue from this site as I couldn't get the size I wanted elsewhere. Love the jacket, nice fit and fab colour. Even better was the quick dispatch! Received in 3 days. Liked the contact from StreetCasuals, emails to keep me up to date and tracking number so I could easily review delivery.

Found the exact item I wanted online which wasn't available anywhere else. Shipped quickly and when it arrived it had a hand written note on the receipt congratulating me on my purchase. Great little touch.

I think the main thing to note about Street Casuals is the fact that they keep you in the loop about everything, I personally liked the PDF invoice (nice touch) so you know exactly what is happening before you get the product. And when my product arrived I was really happy with it! The price of their product beat the others I was looking at (I actually saved a tenner, so happy with that)! Only one thing I would say is that my order was a baseball cap and when it came in the box I expected to find the cap to have some sort of protection or mould to sit on top of, but it was just in the box on its own. But that's being pernickity in what was a really good purchase. Will obviously recommend to my mates.
