I've only used the Street Casuals online store once, but my experience was excellent!

The guy I dealt with was really friendly, and although the jacket I ordered was the wrong size, I had a replacement in my hands within two days. Brilliant!

I honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough!

Initially there were some problems with the shipping for which all the blame has to be given to the shipping company. Sophie did everything in her power to resolve the situation, always promptly responded to emails, and eventually the situation was solved to everyones satisfaction. The product was excellent, at a good price and with free shipping to Germany.

Everything went alright and my beautiful jacket arrived very fast - even thoug I live in Germany! Thx for the cute note on the bill form! ;-)

The site easy to use. One little but important detail - the color of the product in the site is truly real, not darker or lighter, it's just the same as I see in my hands.
Next.. My order was shipped the same day after payment (arrived in perfect condition). Answer to my question is also was the same day via email.

your clothes were just as amazing as they looked on the site, the sizes fit perfectly. The handwritten note apologizing was a perfect bonus, so cute! Just a tip for future references, try and make packaging look a bit more appealing !!!

Ordered express delivery on a Thursday night, and was politely told it would most probably arrive on Monday. Image my surprise then, when on Saturday morning my parcel arrived nice and early! They're even better than they say they are

I bought a Shirt/Jacket for my daughter's birthday, she is 15 years old. During a shopping trip one saturday to the shops with her friends she was mortified and embarrased as she entered and exited each store setting the Alarms off. I had bought the jacket on line and they had sent the garment with the Security tag still insitue !!!!!!! Nightmare to get off at home, NOT AMUSED!!!!!!!!!!!

Trustworthy, fast and cheap shipping within europe; just everything as promised!

Chose some jeans and ordered. Got an email back later in the day apologising that they didn't have the colour I wanted in my size but giving an alternative or offering to refund / cancel that order. Went with a different colour and the jeans turned up well packaged and a lot quicker than I expected. There was even a handwritten note on the invoice apologising for not having my first choice colour which in this age of printed out auto completed letters I found to be a really nice personal touch.
