Would definitely recommend to a friend. Delivery was very quick, even though I opted for the free service. And when one of my items was no longer in stock, I received a partial refund the next day, and a personal written apology on my delivery note which made me chuckle. Great service!

Easy to navigate website and the overall ordering process was smooth. However I did have an issue with the delivery company, they sent an email saying it was in transit but it had been dropped off the day before. They left the package in the front of my house proped up against the side of a car with no note or anything saying it was left outside.
I came home late when it was dark and only by chance did I see it outside so I wasnt overly impressed by that.

Great to see a wide selection of brands. The website navigates well and the order arrived in a couple of days.
It's the first time I've used StreetCasuals but will order gear from them again.

Recieved the herschel bag in good condition it was my first time using this site so wasnt sure at first but after this order I reccomend people buy items from the website.

Will at Street Casuals has provided excellent service and the coat from Dunderdon arrived in DK as expected - more than a week before christmas - and made the receiver very happy - and now keeps him warm every day!

Always a bit worried about ordering cloths online, but the coat I purchased for my son was a perfect fit and was very good quality.

Ordered a item and paid for it online, then a couple of hours later they emailed to say they didn't have it, Unfortunately, when we came to pick your order, we found we no longer had that size - sorry! Erm how bad is that!!!!! Why not have system in place to make sure they have the correct stock file!!! Don't waste your time ordering from them better online shops out there.

The website isn't messy at all like others with a great selection of brands and a lot of cool stuff. Sales are a good deal. By the way I asked for some sticker ( in first place it was kinda of a joke ) and they sent them with the purchase and a nice hand-writed note, which I think is awesome. And the order arrived really fast. So I'm pretty sure I'll buy new things again.
