This was an awesome transaction at a trying time. We had a surprise failure on a 22 year old vehicle. The pricing made it possible to resurrect the vehicle less expensively than replacing it. The shop that put it in (from their list of installers) proved to be great as well. And, the replaced trans is soooo smooth!! Looking forward to many more years in this van before it gets replaced!!

I was researching places for months and came across this company. It was by far the best experience I have ever had with a business. The customer service was amazing, and the transmission I ordered was the best. The truck drives better than when I purchased it. The delivery amd entire process was seamless. Will do business with them again. I also drove this truck over 1K miles to another State through the mountains after a small break in. No issues at all! You all are the best!

Only negative is I had a small issue with a unit I purchased from street smart transmission and the proses of getting it taken care of with the warranty tech was a proses of one thing after another they needed for the warranty.

Fast shipping, but the delivery company, R&L Carriers, did not respect the scheduled delivery time. The delivery window was supposed to be from 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM. One of our employees had to stay overtime until 4:30 PM waiting for the shipment.

This company has the full package. It's not just a manufacturing company, they take care of the full product cycle.

My transmission arrived as promised. I am fully satisfied with the performance. Core was received and I was constantly contacted every step of the way.

Fast and easy to order transmission. Core return was a easy process as well.

Our shop had a Land Rover come in that had a sensor issue in the valve body of an 8HP45 transmission causing it to become a "no start" due to the fact it thought it was not shifting in Park. We contacted Street smart transmissions and we were directed to the website to create a work order and then we were able to send the valve body to them. There was a slight delay in return time of valve body which is my only slight concern, but at the end of the day after we contacted them we received the repaired VB in 3 days and it was correctly repaired with no issues and vehicle started and ran great. By using this company we were able to save the customer thousands of dollars versus going to the dealership!(FYI we had it towed to our shop from the L.R. dealership!). Would recommend these guys and use their services again if required too!
