The item my wife picked on line looks nothing like the parcel we received except for the colour. Quality is very poor, my one and only purchase from them, no wonder they are closing, avoid this shop, even tracking the product’s delivery was difficult, have left hundreds of product reviews on different sites, but only 3 negative ones including this one

Love the fitness tights I bought. So breathable and cool in hot weather I actually feel comfortable with them on even after running for an hour. Nice colour and fit. Very smooth and soft material.

Love love my vegan ‘leather’ wallet. So hard to find a compact stylish wallet like this with a coin pouch. Many argue that coin pouches aren’t necessary anymore (honestly) but they are when you travel to countries where cash feels safer and coins accumulate. What an amazing store with its ethical backbone. Faultless customer service. I’ll be back for more.

The first time I came across Stride Store I was frustrated because of the price but since that time I've realised that fast fashion conditions us to expect cheap clothes. With that in mind I returned to them and purchased a skirt. The item itself is lovely (it's so soft), the service was great, and delivery was not only FREE but quick. The products are more expensive but they're also ethical and while I need to wait for sales to make a purchase I know what I buy will last me years.

Customer service is first class. There was a stock delay with my order and the manner in which Jordan handled the issue couldn't have been better.

Very impressed with Stride and will be back for more.

I came across Stride Stores by chance and had the pleasure of dealing with Jordan. I was purchasing a pair of Eubi pants direct with Eubi but had nothing but trouble dealing with them direct. Good old google got me connected to Stride Stores and I have to say the service was impeccable. Jordan helped me out in a situation that had nothing to do with Stride but because he represents and sells Eubi, he helped me get the pants in the small time frame I needed them for. Numerous phone calls back and forth he made it happen and I collected the pants from the warehouse. The good thing is I have full trust in purchasing from Stride Stores and also dealing with Jordan. The other plus is that this is a brand that is all about ethical brands and sustainability. A win win I say. Check them out you won’t regret it. Lisa R
