Do not buy their STRONG Smart TV.
It is extremely locked down, with most Android settings stripped out. Even basic network options like setting a proxy are unavailable - you only get the most basic system controls.

Most app permissions are automatically blocked, leaving you stuck with the preinstalled apps. Even activating a new Google account fails.

This feels less like owning a TV and more like renting a device controlled by the manufacturer. A huge waste of money.

Ho avuto dei problemi durante l'utilizzo del servizio e, quando ho richiesto assistenza telefonica (dato che non avevo ricevuto risposta alle email), mi sono trovato a parlare con un operatore scettico e per nulla collaborativo, che non mi ha fornito alcuna indicazione utile.

Deres stick virker ad ***** til. Har aldrig oplevet så dårlig streaming. Og deres kundeservice er endnu mere til at lukke op og skide i, det var da sindssygt.

At man kan tillade sig at være så ligeglad med sine kunder er mig en gåde.

When you get a problem, you're on your own. The support, which only is in email, stinks big time and is so slow (days/weeks).
And it is by the way Chinese, enough said...

acquistato un modem 4g su amazon (modello 300M) funziona per carità però sono 2 anni che non riceve alcun aggiornamento ed a volte è davvero lentissimo. Non consiglio questo brand comunque

tuve una experiencia muy positiva con este vendedor. Hubo un problema inicial con la entrega (ajeno a ellos), pero en todo momento respondieron con profesionalidad y rapidez, dando explicaciones claras y buscando soluciones.

Finalmente gestionaron correctamente el reembolso completo, lo que me dio mucha confianza. Gracias a su atención, decidí volver a comprar con ellos y de nuevo cumplieron: aplicaron un pequeño reembolso por bajada de precio y tuvieron un detalle adicional.

Vendedor serio, responsable y atento. Muy recomendable.
