You can buy insulated mugs from literally anywhere. I decided to try this brand because of the ceramic inside so that I can use it for more than just Coffee. It’s wildly exceeded my expectations and I use it five times a day. I discovered a minor problem with the inside of the cup and reached out to the company to check if it was under warranty. Turns out it was not under warranty anymore, but they sent me a new cup anyway. It was so easy to communicate with them over email, the responses were quick and the customer service agent was super helpful. I cannot imagine ever buying an insulated mug from another company again - they seem to have figured out the right mix between excellent product design and excellent customer service.

Website is easy to navigate. Purchasing process was easy. Shipping timing matched what was stated. The products are excellent.

Deeply disappointed. Have purchased several hundred dollars worth of sttoke cups, thought it was company with integrity and really high value products. at best, web page is presently not properly set up. I ordered a set of two 12 ounce cups, one of which was shown as being that cool light blue. That is not what I received in mail. What I suggest is that if you are out of a product, that you don't show a picture of it. I saw that the single cup in blue was not available, but obviously mistakenly thought the cup set still had some blue ones reserved for sets, since there was no notice that it was not available as shown. The cups are well made and i have more friends and family to gift with one, but a costly misunderstanding Not Happy!

First - BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! There was a problem with my original order. Sttoke sent a replacement quickly. I really love the 8 oz cup - it’s well-made, has a wonderful fill-to line, easy to clean, high quality and very pleasant to hold. My only issue is that I wish it kept my drink hot a bit longer. I also bought the carry strap (the cup doesn’t leak so it works perfectly).

Purchased two 8oz Commuter Cups and overall I’m quite happy with them. The quality feels premium and solid, and the design looks really nice in person. Heat retention is good as well.

The only thing that surprised me was the lid, it was extremely tight and hard to open the first time, although it became better after a few uses.

Overall still a great product and feels very durable.

This is my 4th Sttoke cup purchase which shows just how much I like these cups! I’ve got 2 of the sliding lid ones which were their first generation cups. Wasn’t perfect, as it leaks, the sliding part got loose over time, and it was difficult to wash thoroughly. As soon as they came out with the new generation lid, I bought a new cup but quickly found that the rubber part touches my nose everytime I take a sip of my coffee. After a year, the lid actually broke apart. Now that they released the 2nd generation lid, it really feels like they’ve listened to their customers feedbacks and have actually taken it seriously! Bought another new cup and a replacement 2nd gen lid and have never looked back! Looking forward to future products from the team as they’ve now gained a loyal fan 😊

Main products are good. Accessories are horrible. Kerrie sleeve had incomplete stitching, gave feedback but customer service reached a dead end with no further follow up since December. Internal swivel component of the handle for the hydrate cap broke after a few uses without even being dropped. Sports cap broke after minor drop. 3 defective/damaged accessories out of the 5 that I've bought, what are the odds....

Love my cup and brown leather holder its amazing, stylish and comfy!

I really love this stroke cup. First of all, it’s lightweight, which makes it very comfortable for everyday use. Secondly, the quality is excellent and it pairs nicely with my daily outfits, adding a stylish touch. Thirdly, it doesn’t retain any coffee smell after a simple rinse, which is a big plus. Overall, I’m very satisfied.

The only suggestion I have is about the lid. It would be great if the small flip piece could lock in place, so it doesn’t touch my nose while drinking.

This is a replacement after the previous lid broke. I used it today for the first time and it leaked terribly. I am not sure why, except to say that the lid was properly screwed down. I wonder if it faulty.
How can I return it to have it checked please?

I love my new pink stokke with matching attachment. it’s adorable and tiny but just enough for a short day out!

I bought the commuter and I’m beyond satisfied with the quality , it feels premium, well-made, and performs exactly as expected.

I also purchased the leakproof straw cup, and while the build quality is still amazing, I wasn’t as impressed with the overall experience. The main issue for me is the loud air suction noise every time I drink from it. It’s surprisingly noticeable and happens with almost every sip, which makes using the cup less enjoyable.
Don’t get me wrong , the quality itself is fantastic, but the drinking experience just wasn’t for me because of the noise.

Received my 20oz Leakproof straw cup with matching straw not too long ago & it’s the best cup ever. Bigger in size & liquid is warm even after a night in an aircon room!😘

I just received my bondi blue commuter 8 oz cup. It is the perfect size for me. It fits my small hands and is sturdy. I have had the 8 oz black cup for several years. I will save up to get one 8 oz cup in each ocolor. These are the best quality cups I have owned.

The delivery was fast and things arrived in good condition

Love the lining and yes the coffee does taste better for sure and it does keep it hot for a long time, was just a bit disappointed that I didn’t do my research before hand as I got the 8oz cups & is a little small, me not realising this at the time of ordering cause it was advertising a free extension lid if you ordered 2 (I think or over a certain dollar value I can’t remember), so I was excited to get this offer then when it arrived it was just the cups (also the other 2 this I ordered also) so I felt a little deflated😞
My bad I should always read things properly before ordering as it was for the 12oz cups the special & I would have ordered those had I known there was bigger cups.
Apart from that they are great and one day when I have some spare cash I will order that 12oz cup as well as the straw cup cause that looks awesome also (another thing I didn’t know they had)

Nice and sleek design, much better than the previous mug. I bought 2 for myself and 2 more for my Japanese friends.
Hope to get great deals for the accessories. Like the colored cover but its kind of pricey, so only bought 1.
I wonder if can trade in old mugs as I still have 2 old collection.
