This counts as my first purchase through the website and the experience was good. I was kept updated of delivery on a regular basis and it was a pleasant surprise when the items arrived earlier than expected. Got the pink 8oz for me and my friend. We are both repeat sttoke users and look forward to twinning when we next go out!

I am a BIG fan of Sttoke. I’ve been using the STTOKE ceramic reusable cup for a while now, and I honestly love it. The ceramic interior really makes a difference — my coffee and tea tastes clean and smooth, without any metallic or plasticky aftertaste. It feels like I’m drinking from a proper café cup, just on the go.

The shatterproof design is sleek and minimal, and it fits perfectly in my bag and car cup holder. I also appreciate how lightweight yet sturdy it feels — it’s clearly made for daily use. It keeps my drinks warm for a good amount of time, which is great during busy mornings.

The ceramic is beautiful but doesn’t hold the heat at all. No difference in paper cup or this frankly.

As all my other Sttoke purchases I am loving the new 8 oz commuter cup. I brought 4 of the originals many years ago and I use them nearly everyday, the lid upgrade was a great idea.

Awesome products. Wish I'd have known of Sttoke years ago. I purchased one 12oz and two 8oz cups and they are great. Leak proof lids are a bonus.

Great cup. Best purchase ever. Was gifted the 16oz by my boss. Bought my own 12oz & latest is the 8oz..nvr fails. Drop them many times and there was no issues. Like the fact that i can drink my milk, then coffee and followed by water with no aftertaste in between. Now i also gift them to friends & family.

Finally, you’ve addressed a problematic aspect of your business offer, which is why I stopped supporting your company & have been actively discouraging people looking for coffee cups from buying from you for a number of years now.
As a fan from back in year 1, I bought 7 cups over several years, one for myself and the others as gifts, and recommended your cups whenever an opportunity arose. That stopped though when you abandoned regular Aussie coffee drinkers for the lucrative US market and their comparatively giant coffee sizes. I have been buying & recommending other companies’ cups for a few years now.

I saw the ad for your new 8oz cup recently, and jumped on board, purchasing immediately now that the cup once again comes with a lid & new colour options. The new cup has a different exterior finish, a different lid fixing mechanism, along with the new lid design, which is a delight to sip from compared to the old one.
I am now sadly retiring my old red 8oz Sttoke original, with its chipped internal ceramic finish & scratched up exterior coating, though not the carry pouch it came with, which is very handy when travelling with my cup.

Highly recommend getting yourself one of these cups - you won’t regret it!

Best cups ever. I have 4 travel mugs in different sizes and colours. Love the feel, love that material, easy to keep clean , even the lid! Last cup I purchased was the commuter in pale pink and I’m in love with it. They are all spill proof - tested this. All my old brands have been thrown out. I won’t use anything else now. Best travel cups ever but I also have the swirl cup for home and planning to replace my cupboard with these too.

Love all my sttoke bottles. Its sleek, lightweight and doesnt make my drinks taste metallic or any different than in a regular ceramic cups. most importantly its easy to clean and ive had no problems with mould in the many years i have had mine! Over the years, ive recommended the bottom to many of my friends and made them convert into sttoke lovers too!

DO NOT BUY THE NEW VERSION.
Pathetic customer service, unusable design.

Contacted customer service to provide feedback on their 'new and improved' lid and asked if they could send me an older style lid.

The new square opening is not user friendly at all and I had to take the lid off to drink directly from the cup. If you attempt to put your mouth on the opening like you would for any other normal cup, you essentially have to pour the hot coffee into your mouth as sipping it is impossible.

Obviously these companies would have excess inventory and old stock. They said thanks for the feedback, they haven't had this type of negative review about their lid but unfortunately theres nothing they can do.

Upon reviewing the feedback - they do actually get this type of feedback. They dont show the opening on their cup page but if you go to the accessories page you can see how horrible it is.

I love the 8oz cup. I've been using it everyday, and it brings so much joy! I have been holding out to buy a sttoke cup because I generally dont like 12/16oz cups, so I was so thrilled when the 8oz was relaunched. I really like the colours of the earth series too! I particularly like the taupe one. I've been using a Stanley cup for a very long time, but I've just decommissioned stainless steel in favour of ceramic and a parabolic bottom.

Love my Sttoke Cups! I have 2 others and 1 taller one for my wife and we all love them. Bought the Omni 8oz to fit into my espresso machine; got it all dialed in. Keeps hot drinks hot. My wife likes the big one for her water and ice. Ice keeps frozen most of the day
