Customer Care by Jason Acock, Senior Technical Support Technician

Jason Acock responded to my call regarding a monsoon pump which had stopped working. Jason was extremely helpful and easy to talk to. After listening to my issues with the pump Jason guided me through some troubleshooting tests. Thankfully with his guidance/advice the issue was resolved. I have no hesitation in giving Jason 5* for customer care.

Call waiting times could be looked at to further improve customer experience.

Had a problem with my shower pump

Had a problem with my shower pump, I spoke to Jason who was just brilliant, talked me through everything and didn’t make me feel like I was an idiot,
Really helped solve the situation.
It can take a while to get through on the phone but that is because they give every customer individual assistance. They actually sort the problem rather than passing it to someone else.

Unreliable Monsoon twin 3 bar pump

In the past I would have recommended Stuart Turner for shower pumps. Now I am not so sure.

We have a Monsoon twin 3 bar shower pump installed in May 2025 by our plumber. It wasn't used until about 6 weeks later because we had to wait for an electrician to do their install. But it all worked perfectly to begin with.

About 4 months later it just stopped working completely and just made a buzzing noise.

My parents have a Stuart Turner pump that has been going strong for 10 years, and that one is a much cheaper model.

Stuart Turner have been in touch so I am hoping to get a satisfactory resolution to this.

I had a problem with my Power Shower…

I had a problem with my Power Shower and all things were pointing to the 3 Bar Monsoon Pump, working with Stuart Turners Technical Team they helped and advised how to test and identify the problem and it turned out to be a faulty Shower Cartridge, even though the problem was not theirs they still helped to resolve the issue

Refusal to honour a valid shower pump…

I purchased a brand new Showermate Eco 1.5 shower pump in October 2024 and registered the 3 years warranty with Stuart Turner withing 3 days of receiving the item. The pump has begun showing signs of failure within couple of months with loud noise including struggling to pump the water to the taps with the expected added pressure. I contacted the manufacture Stuart Turner to report the issue and asked for help. Tech Assist requested that I provide a copy of the invoice/proof of purchase along with the Warranty. I did and they came back to me rejecting all responsibility and telling me that the registration should not have gone through in the first place (via their own system, that is). The reason being is that the item was purchased on Ebay - I repeat this was a new item, never used. According the Stuart Turner (Matt and Jason ) Ebay's platform isn't considered as an authorised retailer for their product. My question is why did they then allow the warranty registration for 3 years in the 1st place only to refuse to honour it with a year of the product failing to operate therefore not fit for purpose? Very dishonest and misleading. Now I have to purchase another shower pump and pay for a plumber again to fix it. It will certainly not be a ST pump. Avoid ST at all costs. Their so called warranty isn't worth the paper it is written on. Useless!
Again, your pathetic response doesn’t cut. I really wonder how you are still in business if this is how you run it.
As far as I’m aware warranty processes are a key part of the what is called commonly SOP - company's Standard Operating Procedures.
This tells me you are running a non compliant business with inconsistency. How dare you hold customers liable for your own maintained system which grant 3 years warranties and yet you fail to honour, blaming where the item was purchased. Why was this not flagged at the time warranty registration? I don’t this you’ll get away with this for much longer. I wish I could give a rating below 0.

We are sorry you are not happy with the outcome of your correspondence with us, unfortunately Stuart Turner are not able to honour a warranty on your pump on the basis that it is 9 years old and was resold via eBay, who are not one of our approved stockists, you can find these via our website.

Great Customer service

We recently experienced a leak with our Aquaboost V200 system, installed two years ago and still covered under warranty. I had the pleasure of speaking with Jason Acock in Customer Support. Jason demonstrated excellent professionalism by thoroughly taking down all relevant details and proactively outlining the necessary information and photographic evidence required to expedite the arrangement of an engineer visit. Helpful, patient and speedy!

Jason specifically was so helpful and got a problem resolved that has been ongoing for months, in a matter of days! Incredible service and so patient with me trying to figure out the pump system in the final hour on a Friday. Thank you again!

Great products, service and aftercare.

The customer aftercare and support was outstanding!
We had a fault with our pump, and contacted the customer service team, their efforts and guidance were beyond expectations - Eddie McCreadie was the agent supporting our case, and arranged a replacement in a very timely manner.

Firstly the Freephone!

Firstly the Freephone!! I had phoned the land line & whilst ‘hanging on’ realised that there was a cheap option! Just as well because technical issues take some time to explain.
Once connected & speaking to Helen, I was put at ease and Helen’s tech knowledge & patience soon sorted the problem with my shower pump!

Easy to do business, prompt, helpful and efficient service

I had a mainsboost iboost V200 pump installed about a year ago and it has developed a minor fault. After my installer visited he passed me on to the manufacturer Stuart Turner to arrange for the fault to be rectified. I dealt with Jason who could not have been more helpful and attentive, explaining exactly how this matter would be resolved. Stuart Turner make great products but it is their customer service and aftercare that sets them apart. Thank you Jason

V helpful and reassuring

Issue with pressure cylinder on shower pump, Jason was very helpful, patiently waited for photo, diagnosed the problem and provided us with everything we needed to remedy it. Very good service, thank you.

Jason was very helpful in resolving the issue with my new monsoon 3 bar pump. No fault to pump but my own power fuse outlet. He ran through a few simple checks and resolved the issue. 5stars

Contacted Stuart Turner with regards to faulty Monsoon Water Pump

Contacted Stuart Turner with regards to a Monsoon Water Pump that was malfunctioning. The engineer I spoke to (Jason) was extremely helpful. Not only did he call me back and email me when he said he was going to, he then talked me though via video call to isolate the problem. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable and although the problem is not fixed yet (as my plumber needs to change pipework), I feel confident that I am in good hands and Stuart Turner has undertaken to replace faulty pump which is just within warranty.

Perfect Tech support

Jason went more than the extra mile to explain his diagnosis of my pump problem. He then found my required pump parts and also told me the best places to purchase them. He also helped me with helpful instructions as to how to replace them if I felt up to it! He was brilliant on all counts - an exampe of excellent tech support.

Low pressure from Accumulator

Jason Acock responded to my voicemail and listened patiently to my issue. He then stayed on line whilst I did troubleshooting tests, which Jason requested. Jason stayed behind at the end of the day to help with my issue and also pointed me in direction of a recommended a service company I could contact should I require further assistance. 5 Star Service, without any hard sell.
