I ordered a second hand Herman miller and to my surprise the quality was so good its as if its brand new. So I'm very happy with the product. Also delivery was very fast within 2 days.

Excellent chair all round
Excellent chair, very reasonable price. Most comfortable make available. Delivered on time (at no extra cost even though we live in Brighton) by very nice delivery person - clearly knowledgeable - who described and demonstrated all the features of the chair (whilst socially distancing!) Wonderful customer service.

The chair turned up three days after I…
The chair turned up three days after I ordered it - I believe the driver had gone sick (my wife says who took in the chair) so the owner drove the van. it looks as good as new (esp the covering) and all works...almost perfect for a third of the price

As good as new
We ordered an Aeron chair, which arrived quickly, and in original Herman Miller packaging. The chair was in excellent condition. It had been completely rebuilt and looked brand new.

Friendly quick service and best deal I could find. I love my chair, it made an instant difference to Wfh back pain. Aerons are worth the money, esp refurbished as they will hold their value if you want to sell it later.
