DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I FIRMLY BELIEVE THEY ARE A SCAM, BASED ON MY EXPERIENCES WITH MY ORDERS! They get your teens and young adults excited about their "limited releases" which they post all over social media. When you order, you will NEVER get your order. They send you emails every few weeks with promises that your shipment will send, and multiple excuses like - "delays due to tarriff's, shipping delays because they are closed for holiday, product sent to Portugual for heming (so you are in the UK and hem your pants in Portugual?), product lost, product delays because we have to remake your product because it was lost, shipment lost". The first time I ordered from this company was in October, 2025 for a Christmas present. NEVER received the white Jodi Jeans. They claimed I never purchased the Jodi Jeans, and claimed I only purchased the tailoring of the length of the Jodi Jeans "I did not order". (Who sells a hem/alterations/tailoring, if you did not buy the jeans? Also, I don't believe the alterations/hem /tailoring would have cost $190. The cost is $6.96). My credit card was charged over $200. The second order was in December 2025, becuase I attributed the first issue to a "mistake", for which I am still waiting for my refund. It is now 4/17/2026. No Jodi Jeans, no alterations on the phantom Jodi Jeans, out another $200 for the second order. Still waiting for the refund on the first order. Lots of excuses as to why I don't have my product. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company. I wish I read the reveiws before ordering. What they are great at is sending emails to tell you why you are not getting your product. So kudos for the excuse emails. The potential one employee who may or may not workat this company, has a future in email spamming!

Dadurch das die Ware aus der UK kommt dauert es viel länger als auf der Webseite beschrieben. Das ist verständlich. Allerdings wird einem vorher nirgendwo mitgeteilt dass der Zoll 58€ dafür will.
Verständlich aber sollte vorher angezeigt werden. Wenn man sich beim Kundenservice meldet bekommt man allerdings 50% der Kosten zurück

Also vorneweg: Ich bin finds gut, dass das Unternehmen nachhaltig arbeitet. Das bedeutet, dass was man bestellt ist nicht auf Lager, sondern wird bei Eingang der Bestellung erst genäht. Die Lieferung dauert daher leider etwas und die Ware kommt per Schiff. Die Tatsache, dass die beliebte Hose handgemacht ist, erklärt den relativ hohen Preis. Qualtiät und Passform der Hose ist super. Jetzt kommt allerdings das Manko. Dafür kann das Unternehmen nichts, aber für Besteller/innen aus der EU ist das glaub ich nice to know: Der Zoll will über 20 Euro! So kann die schöne Hose gerne über 100 Euro kosten. Das ist meiner Meinung nach ziemlich viel. Qualität und Passform bekommen bei mir allerdings eine hohe Punktzahl.
