The mentors made a commendable effort to provide personalized guidance. While the program did address general principles, the mentorship sessions allowed for tailored advice based on individual needs. A bit more emphasis on personalization in certain modules could enhance this aspect further.

What I love most is constructive thinking.

Having Andy as a mentor has been one of the best decisions I've made. I've been through other mentorship programs where I had been let down in the past.

I'm happy to say that Andy will guide you like no other. His expertise shines through in his mentoring. He also asks very good thought provoking questions and really trains you to be able to fly alone with the necessary skillsets.

Based on my recent conversations with Andy Mai, i've become more determined in pursuing my goals, and despite the fact that i'm a late bloomer, his patience with me is admirable.

I do really enjoy the 1 to 1 mentoring, it’s been more than a course, feedback, guidance, mentoring, and very honest which is very important for me !!

I Love Andy! He is the most down to earth influencer i met in my life, how he makes his lifestyle like all other people so we can relate to him! He is friendly, nice, energetic and lovely, i learned a’lot of crucial steps from Andy to implement in my life and to improve.

Andy is one of the most intuitive smartest coaches I have ever come across in my 33 year baking business.
His recommendations are so useful any business person who needs to achieve better results.

Andy gave advice on multiple topics and questions I asked him and even went out of his way to tell me more despite me not even asking. He was also friendly.

A great experience.
