Awful!

Awful!! Was sent clothes that are really awful quality , the buttoned up sets with pants look like pjarmas ! Ordered 4 sets, wasn’t even told one was not coming was just sent a note in my order saying out of stock when it arrived. Then the other 3 I had to send back and pay £7,50 for the return with evri due to the weight of the parcel!! When parcel got back to them they said they only recieved part of the order and give me part refund even though I have proof of returning the whole thing. Many many emails and no reply about my refund. Looking at all the other reviews everyone having same problem!!

Just how long delivery took, and when I emailed said ot because it was on pre sale, which when I made the order I have the email to say your order is being packed and will be on its way, so was disappointed as it was a Christmas present, but very happy with the coat

ZERO STARS - AVOID!

ZERO STARS! AVOID!

AVOID!

You will not receive your items, nor any updates. They will change the terms of sale, claim your order is “pre order” and make up dates. Even if an item isnt showing as pre-order on the website.

They’ll ignore your requests for a refund, and encourage you instead to pursue charge backs/disputes with your card issuer.

Theres many comments on this page i wish i had of seen before ordering - Scam is lightly put. 👍

Dont do it! Go elsewhere, anywhere but here!

Wish I could give zero rating

Wish I could give zero rating. They sent incorrectly labelled jacket, so it was too big. Advised to return via tracked Royal Mail. Received refund for the jacket but no refund for delivery charge or £11.25 cost of return. ATM I’m out of pocket for their mistake. Also keep saying they are looking into my complaint then nothing. I’ve asked for the contact details of their complaints dept or a senior manager but nothing. Avoid ordering from them, if there is a problem (even on their part) you risk losing your money.

DONT BUY OFF THIS COMPANY - styledup bad bad bad

If there was a minus I would give that to them. They are an awful company DO NOT PURCHASE from these ! I brought a tracksuit for my daughter. She wore it once and it broke The press stud come out of the material. Told them and they said I could not return as it had been worn. I brought two more before it broke and realised how bad they were so are now going to return these 2 tracksuits. But be aware. The return period is only 14 days. Not extended for Christmas. You the buyer have to pay for the return. And they don’t have faulty goods back even if faulty. Never experienced a company like this. Read the small print and take on the bad reviews because I personally don’t give negative reviews lightly.

Good experience buying short style padded jackets.

After ordering 5 short styled black padded jackets for my daughters (5 due to not knowing size range). In my opinion you need to size up. After reading the reviews after placing an ordering I was sceptical. The free delivery was expected between 4-7 days. I ordered on the 3rd December they arrived on the 17th December via Royal Mail, which was longer than expected but it was over the busy Christmas period.
I am perfectly happy with the quality, they are thick, stylish and have a lovely hood. The 2 jackets that don't fit need to be returned at the expense of the customer for a refund this is written in their returns policy. Hopefully all will be OK with refund and monies will be paid back into my account for the 2 jackets that didn't fit. Over all a good experience so far as a first time Styled-up UK customer.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. The customer service is appalling.

I purchased a jacket from this website, which I had worked hard to save for, as money is tight for most people these days. Royal Mail marked the item as delivered, but when I arrived home from work there was no parcel. The tracking information stated it had been delivered to my property; however, the photo provided only showed the parcel itself and not where it had supposedly been left.

I contacted Styled Up several times regarding this issue, only to be told that because the item was marked as delivered and GPS showed it had been delivered at my property, my case would be closed. Each response from a representative named Lauren was the same generic, copy-and-paste message, offering no help or investigation.

The lack of care and accountability is shocking. To make matters worse, this has left a very disappointed teenager who was looking forward to wearing the jacket to a birthday party.

I will be taking this matter to Trading Standards.

I ordered a coat it didn’t arrive after 5 weeks, I contacted the ‘company’ before hand and they kept saying Royal Mail have received it and it’s on its way, Royal Mail stated they had not received the package. For weeks they said they were ‘investigating’ I finally got a refund over 5 weeks later. And it took over 7 days for the refund to arrive, they really to try and drag there feet when it comes to taking accountability, if it hadn’t been for me leaving bad comments all over there Facebook page I don’t think I’d of got a refund in honesty. They also do not come across in a professional manner, referring to their customers as ‘babe’ … ‘hun’ . I should have read the reviews before hand, I would not recommended this company at all.

AVOID, AVOID,AVOID... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Avoid this company – refuses refunds for faulty items.

I ordered a tracksuit and the joggers became faulty after one wear. The stitching split down both legs during normal daily activity. I emailed Styledup straight away with clear photos showing the faults.

Instead of helping, they kept sending the same copy-and-paste reply saying they “cannot accept worn items” and that tags must still be attached — even though the item was clearly faulty. They ignored the photos and refused any refund, replacement, or return label.

Their returns policy doesn’t mention faulty goods at all, and they apply the same “unused only and tags still attached” rule even when the item arrives defective. Please be cautious before spending your hard-earned money here. From my experience, this company does not prioritise customer care or fairness. When a business repeatedly ignores faults and refuses to help customers, it eventually becomes very clear to others through reviews and shared experiences.

After several attempts to resolve it, they still refused to help, so I had to raise it with my bank and I reported them to training standards.

Reading other reviews, this seems to be a consistent issue with styledup.co.uk:
• Faulty items after one wear
• Poor stitching quality
• Refusal to refund or replace
• Copy-and-paste responses
• No acknowledgment of customers’ rights

I would not recommend buying from this company based on my experience. Cheap, nasty clothing and terrible customer service.

Poor customer service

I paid for next day delivery and should have received it Friday, the parcel arrived Sunday. Very frustrating as item was needed the Friday. Item ok so no issues there, so what let's the site down is customers service.
Arguing with me saying I ordered out of the time frame (before 2pm mon-thurs). I ordered Wednesday 9pm. All I want is a refund for delivery that was late.

Wouldn’t even give them a star but I had to. Paid £70 for a coat that was meant to come 13th November and ordered on the 11th November and it was a gift from someone to me. This was for my trip to Paris on the 24th November which is today! The coat has not arrived. I emailed and got a reply from LAUREN: “hi ellie, I will get this checked for you. Thank you Lauren” and still no reply from them. Do not waste your money as they don’t get back to you. You don’t receive your order. And you don’t get a refund .

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MELLISA ( some lady that replies to emails as their customer service). GOD PLEASE DONT LET NO ONE BUY THEIR CLOTHES!!!!. they are horrible with customer service. Their items take a very long time to 'reach' and turns out you dont acually received it. i haven't even had a chance to try their clothes because mine never arrived and they insist it did.I've explained to them in numerous emails that my parcel was delivered to the wrong address. Even the proof of delivery confirmed that as it shows red doors and mine are blue! Ive been trying to get a refund and she kept on dismissing me replying each time the exact same way.' that the delivery was correct and she is closing my enquiry'. I haven't received any help. Its crazy how they treat their customers. we are the ones who pays their bills and salary. DO BETTER - YOUR PEOPLE LIKE MELLISA SHOULDN'T WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE AIN'T GOT NO IDEA HOW TO HELP AND SHE'S VERY RUDE AND DISMISSIVE she dont care about your business and it shows.I will be taking it further if I dont get any help with this. im not letting you take my money.

So far so good 😬

I have to be honest, I was so concerned when I checked the reviews of this company after purchasing 🙈 I emailed the company just to confirm the returns process and a very pleasant lady responded and explained the returns process to me, which seemed fine. The gilet arrived within 3 days of ordering and it seems to be good quality, given the price. Sadly it didn’t fit - very small so order one above your normal size- hence the dropped star. I’m going to return the item tomorrow- will report back if they don’t refund me!!

Edit. The company refunded me absolutely no issues at all.

Never order from this Company

Item was never delivered, still haven’t returned my money despite various requests. They are blaming their courier
( the post office. )Although if you check their tracking link The Post Office are still waiting for the parcel to arrive from styled up. Now they are saying it could take a month to sort out and refund my money.
Not good enough !!!
