The item was return signed for and was an order for over 100 pound paid for return postage and have not been advised either way if my parcel has been received for refund despite proof of postage will be contacting my bank tomorrow if I do not hear from this company.

Stitching come apart
My husband purchased a coat for me ad part of present. I out it on and all felt fine. Then as I was looking at it I noticed brown fluff. This ended up to be the padding that is Inside the coat, it was coming out as the stitching was coming apart. I emailed styled up and they said because I took the lable off there was nothing I could do. Bearing in mind I hadn't worn it out, there was no marks just a fault of there's. Won't do nothing about it. Them 1 us 0

Do not buy from this company! They were dissolved in 2021. You will never get a refund from them! Ever!!! They continue to set goods but if there is ever an issue you will never get your money back.

First a coat arrived but was faulty with the loop for the belt buckle being broken, sent it back and they refunded me..
I purchased another and the same thing happened so I emailed and they offered again to refund however at my expense to return the coat although it’s faulty!! So my daughter decided to just keep it as she loved it and will make do with the broken buckle.. within 2 weeks the other loop has come off and I have noticed all stitching on the detail of the coat unravelling which cannot be repaired! So I emailed again and this time they replied that as the coat was worn and no tags they cannot refund as they already offered this option..
Well for one it was easier for them and is for me to keep the coat rather then returning and reordering again but they don’t appreciate this the fact we kept a faulty coat in the first place, however after a week of wearing it and the stitching co coming out and other buckle loop has come off so no way for the belt to stay on when not done up, it is within a couple of weeks of buying the coat yet they won’t help with refunding me, waste of £70 as the coat will not last. It’s a shame as they are beautiful but the quality is no good and after being happy with the customer service the first time round, and then after giving the company benefit of the doubt, I am now so disappointed my daughter has a faulty broken coat of no fault of ours.

Brought a Hoodie and Leggings set from this company. Wore the set once and put into the wash. Well it came out with the seam coming loose and becoming holes. Emailed the company letting them know of the disappointment of the quality after wearing and washing once! Got a email back to say they don’t refund worn items, no apology for the quality,or apology of waste of money on item brought.Definitely will not buy from here again!!!

Another bad review for a faulty product, this seems a common factor for this company. Brought my daughter a coat from here and in less than a month the belt buckle broke. Contacted customer service and was told they cannot send a replacement belt and quoted the returns policy by the unhelpful Caitlin, they are now ignoring my messages have told them I will be contacting Trading Standards and social media but still nothing, I wished I had checked the reviews on advance but my daughter said all her friends had the same coat. Avoid this company at all costs!

I’ve recent been in touch with this company to let them know that the puffer jacket I bought for my daughter in December for Christmas has got a broken zip which means she can no longer zip it up. I was told that as it’s now not in packaging and the labels are removed I cannot return it for replacement or refund. I told them that in light of the consumer act 2015 as this is a damaged item you need to at least inspect it and then offer a Replacement or refund given that this is within a certain timeframe and it is effectively defective. They come back with the same message. I messaged them again repeating my plea but they are now ignoring me. Stay away from this company, I have now raised this with my credit card company to follow up with them, so I can get my money back and buy another coat to replace my daughters Christmas present. They have very poor customer service and clearly have very poor quality items given the amount of reviews that are all saying some to me.
Don’t trust them, stay clear!!!
Disgusting company
Disgusting company , hadn’t even wore the body warmer that we purchased for 32 pound. Holes in the pocket and cannot return due to throwing the receipt and original packaging- who thinks to check for holes in pockets after spending 32 pound, would not recommend at all.

My review is based on the customer service I received when I accidentally put in the wrong address for delivery…definitely give them 5 stars as they dealt with my issues in less than 24 hours not to mention I got my order within that 24 hours of me ordering it…so can not praise these people enough, actually disappointing when reading some of these reviews as my experience was completely different and honestly cannot praise them enough

Had a really bad experience. I ordered myself a coat on the 15/12. Wore it only on a few occasions due to it being a big fluffy coat I would only wear on certain occasions. Anyway loterally noticed a massive rip down the hood where the stitching has come apart. They do not have any sort of customer service nor do they state on their website what to do if your item goes faulty. They don’t care about Customers just money so BEWARE. It’s easy to buy the coat anything goes wrong after you’re basically screwed and will not get a response. Under the consumer rights act if a product goes faulty in the first 6 months you are legally required to accept return or offer a discount or a replacement. But I haven’t even been emailed back so tomorrow morning I will ring citizens advice too see if they can advise me on what to do. Honestly absolutely joke. Really poor quality jacket for it too rip that big in the first 2 months off me owning it

I ordered a coat for £70
I ordered a coat for £70, it cane on 27th December. It was fitting too close, so I packed it to return, I couldn't return as I got sick with a terrible chest infection and couldn't go out. January when I wrote them , no response from the website portal, I did twice. I later found an email and explained that I want to return the item which was in original packaging. They said 14 days pass and I cannot return, that they have strict return policy of 14 days, now I'm left stuck with a coat that cannot fit. Useless company. Beware, their sizes are run small. I did not had to try on the coat to know it was too small. BEWARE OF STYLEUP . DONT BUY.

I ordered a coat and the one they sent me was different from the images on the website- I emailed them with photos as proof and they still were insisting they had sent me the item I ordered! Even though it was clear from the photographs it is not the coat I ordered! All they say is to return the item if you don’t want to keep it but this would have been at my own expense! Awful customer service, no acknowledgment they had sent me a different coat! Which is cheaper material and different design! Avoid at all costs!!!!

I was bought a puffer jacket from styled up for Christmas and after a month it started falling apart. I emailed & got a reply from Caitlyn to say that I was outside of the refund time frame. I went back to her to tell her that I wasn't looking for a refund, the item was faulty and I would like a replacement. A £98 coat shouldn't fall apart in a month. She replied with:
The item has been worn, used and damaged, we cannot accept it in a return, please do read our return policy.
