Wouldn’t even give one star if I had a choice. Awful customer service or lack of it. Spend over £100 got a faulty coat. Had to pay for return. Was promised a refund on the postage after that ignored my messages and that’s that. Nothing after no replies.

I bought a puffer jacket for a female relative. It was too short so planned to return and get a refund.
The emails that I received from Caitlin indicated standard procedure as in return with the original tags and a refund will be received.
I sent it registered post, it was signed for. I have a copy of the signed for receipt by the Royal Mail. The follow up communication with Styled up stated that although they signed for it, they didn’t have it so won’t refund. What kind of crap is that. Take that up with your staff, I had done the part that they asked. Absolute shambles and false customer service. So they not only have my money, but there product back to sell again. This matter will be resolved one way or another.

I don’t understand why this business has so many bad reviews…recently bought a jacket and some faux fur platform Shoes and I am in love ! So trendy, so unique and most of all such good quality. Ordered the day before and it arrived the next day with Royal Mail. Don’t read the bad reviews ! I will be buying of them again in the future 10/10 💗

One star is too many this company is a scam do not order from them they take your money and DO NOT SENT OUT any items and blame it on the Royal Mail . They refuse to refund you I now have to go through my bank to get money back for goods I paid for and not received. DO NOT USE THEM AND GET CONNED.

So disappointed I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing! My husband wanted to buy me a new coat for Christmas so I searched for ages and came across Styled Up on Instagram and thought it looked great. I ordered a black Puffer coat for £45 and when it came I was happy with it. I wore it 3 times and on the third time my husband noticed a rip under the arm! It was on the seam too and I was surprised it had happened after only 3 wears. I contacted customer service after Christmas but they have been very unhelpful and dismissive and said I could return it providing it had tags on and was unworn?! So basically they don't want to know unless they are getting the goods back in pristine condition but if you are sending something back because its usually not right for some reason! I told them I was disappointed with their response but they haven't replied and don't want to know. Avoid this company at all costs!

Faulty item. Refused to refund or exchange... wish I'd read these reviews before I bought anything from them! Total fraudsters.

I ordered a coat for 69 pounds and at first they gave me a tracking number oddly when I tracked it they had sent it back to the sender I then contacted them and they said that I had given them the wrong address so I double checked the address was correct so I said I don't want to pay for redelivery as the address was correct she then said I could get a refund but after that they sent me to messages saying I have to pay for redelivery but not actually telling me how to pay for redelivery they didn't refund me neither did I receive the coat they are now blanking my emails and not responding NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SIGHT I AM GOING TO FIND A WAY TO REPORT THE SIGHT

Item come and it’s the worst quality ever come ripped I thought I’ll fix it and keep it within one wear it’s all frayed I spoke to customer care who said it’s not there problem it’s mine, avoid at all costs

Coat was not delivered so I complained to customer services but I was told by Caitlin that if I think my parcel has been stolen then to call the police. The parcel hasn’t even been delivered so not quite sure how I can call the police on an item that was stolen when it wasn’t delivered in the first place? My emails are now being ignored. Do not care about consumers rights. Never buy from this company!

Lovely coat which actually feels of good quality, however a popper fell off on the second time of wearing it, and the inside of the popper was clearly faulty and had broken away. Contacted the company for an exchange and they told me I couldn’t have one as the coat was worn. Twice and faulty?! They have ignored every email since and my Dad fixed the cost. It’s such a shame because I would have left a great review of the item if their service was just at the basic statutory rights level! They don’t care about any laws in place and I just can’t leave it alone - will be reporting them.

Worst Shopping Experience!
I wish I had read all the reviews before buying a jacket for my daughter from Styled UP. I ordered a Puffer jacket for her birthday present worth £45, thankfully I opened the jacket to pack as a gift and noticed it's ripped. I contacted customer services who said to return the jacket but as a track and trace because they they may not receive the jacket, they said they will refund the full amount. I spent another £12.15 pence sent a receipt to them and asked to pay this along with the jacket price as this was a faulty item so could not have kept it any ways. They only refunded me the jacket price but not the postal charge. Now not replying to my emails. I will NEVER BUY anything from them again and will warn all my friends and families to stay away from them.

Awful. Jacket was sent damaged with huge slit inside the arm. Styledup claim to check items prior to sending out. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. You will also not get a full refund and the customer service was extremely painful to deal with.

Partner brought me a coat for Christmas paid £90 zip gets stuck fur falls out it's really thin and cheaply made, the belt that is suppose to sit tight around the coat doesn't even do up where it's so baggy contacted them to send it back no reply as of yet. coat isn't worth £30 let alone nearly 100

Awful experience payed next day delivery a week before Xmas as it was a main present for my daughter so it would arrive in plenty of time. It’s now 29th December and still hasn’t arrived 3 emails later no reply apart from a tracking number which is not traceable , avoid using this company

Ordered a coat for my step daughter as I thought it was what she wanted but when she opened it on Christmas Day she immediately said it’s a fake, don’t know how they get away with it as it’s a clear rip off of another brand and looks almost identical

Avoid this scamming website, I orderd a coat that looked lovely and payed £70 I received the parcel but the fur was rapidly falling off just trying it on so with all the order details and my email address ect I returned it the next day did everything asked in the return policy and got proof of tracking that cost an extra £12 I just wanted a,refund so I got the proof of delivery photo and waited on the process updates as I ushaly get updates on return quite quickly I waited 10 days and emailed them with order number and I had a reply quite quick to send tracking number and proof of postage receiept they emailed and said they haven't received it and to get in touch with royal mail even though i had their signature they signed 4 my parcel they said if they had the parcel I would of got full refund I said really even though no process i would be guaranteed.. unprofessional reply no refund just pure scamming robbing website ... DO NOT USE

Paid for next day delivery the coat did not arrive emailed them and they said the coat would be here the next day 4 days later the coat did not arrive asked to cancel my order and for a full refund so they sent the coat 2 days later and ignored my emails

Ordered knee boots and a skirt and top set. Item was delivered and left outside (don’t know why as we live on a main road) parcel wasn’t there when I arrived home. Contacted them by email no response so contacted via Instagram. Advised to contact the police. Did this and obtained a crime reference number also contacted Royal Mail. Still won’t refund or send a replacement. Now I’ve got the hassle of going through my bank to get the money back. Avoid at all costs!

Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Bought a coat for £85 last week. Received today so was impressed with delivery speed, coat is nice but the cuffs on each side are mismatched with different sized press studs. 2 on one side and 3 on the other. Looks odd. When I've emailed I just got a reply saying return for a refund. Not a free returns so got a faulty item and have to pay to return it. Lesson now learned.
