Hi Temilade,
We're sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with your shopping experience. After reviewing your order, we see that it was placed in the evening and processed the next morning, with delivery to your door within four days. We kindly ask that you consider reconsidering your 1-star review, as we believe it doesn't accurately reflect the service we strive to provide.
