As an engineer, I like things right. It’s rare to find high quality hand crafted items that are also consistently to specification. Excellent service from real people too!

Great product. I contacted Suffolk Latch Company via the live chat, I was told they would arrive by Thursday if I order now (Monday), but they arrived on Wednesday. Can’t beat that

I needed new black handles for the door leading into our new orangery. The superstores had nothing suitable.
However Suffolk Latch had a wonderful choice and we are delighted with the ones we purchased. They arrived quickly and were an excellent fit.

I bought the Fishtail Door Bolt in Pewter from this lovely small company. What a beautiful piece of hardware it is! Very high quality, sturdy and suprisingly good value.

Brass Door Numbers- Nice quality, not flashy - just the job!

Cast Iron Classic Cabinet Knobs- These cast iron drawer knobs were just what I was looking for - they have a lovely finish and sheen without being too blingy and look realy good on my teak hi-fi stand. Suffolk Latch are a good company to deal with and I'd use them again.

I received free shopping and my order arrived within a day (which is always a big bonus!) and every single item purchased was of fantastic quality and a very reasonable price. The Suffolk Latch Company will now be my first choice for any hardware or handles for the home.

Bought cottage handles and hinges for new kitchen door. They came very promptly and were well packaged. Handles are a bit of a personal thing as you need to hold them and use them to see if they suit. These are really well made. Heavy and have a lovely positive action. Our carpenter commented on the hinges as being of good quality and having the bearings inside for our heavy oak door. Should last forever!
