Hi,we’re very sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Our mattresses typically take up to 72 hours to fully expand after unboxing, but in some cases it can take a bit longer depending on room temperature and ventilation.

If your mattress has already been set up for over a week and is still not reaching the full height, we’d like to look into this further for you. Could you please measure the mattress height from the center and corners and share photos with us? This will help us determine whether it’s a normal variation or if a replacement is needed.

We encourage you to try the mattress for at least 30 nights, as many customers find it becomes more comfortable over time.
