I don't recommend the suhki shop at all. Ordered in January rug was not delivered within expected max 12 weeks time. In the meantime there is no information about status of the order, delivery delays, no contact from the shop informing costumer about any issues with the order ! And it is not a 5 USD purchase but much more. I would expected high quality of customer service as the rugs the company is selling.

Hello, we are very sorry to hear about your disappointment with the long waiting time of your rug. We'd like to see what the issue was and check all the details of the communication regarding your order.
Could you please confirm if the rug in question was a Zehrul hand knotted from India? You mentioned the 12-week production time, that seems to be the one that was ordered in January from our Indian team.
We assume the rug came in perfect condition as we guarantee, since we haven't heard back from you. If you are enjoying the rug and are happy with it in your home, we'd appreciate if you would remove this 1-star rating or change it to a more accurate one.

I love my Ayush woolen loop rug. The custom size means it fits my specification perfectly. I like the fact that it's obviously handmade. It catches the light beautifully. I love knowing that my rug was handmade by people who are treated and paid fairly. I would definitely order from Sukhi again :)

満足です
フェルトボールラグを購入しましたが、とても肌触りが良く、座った感じも心地良いです。飼っている猫も気に入ってくれたようでよく座っています。
色は思っていたより少し暗めでしたが部屋によく馴染むので気に入っています。
作ってくださった職人さんの名前が書かれたタグが付いているところも粋でいいなあと思いました。
他のデザインのラグも可愛いのでまた必要になったらこちらで購入したいなと思っています。

We bought 2 rugs with them and both times the rugs arrived on time, well packed and looked really nice. Great quality.

Nous avons commandé un tapis en boules de laine et l'avons reçu cette semaine. Tout au long de la commande, le service client a été d'un grand professionnalisme. Le tapis est arrivé très bien emballé et nous le trouvons magnifique. Très bonne qualité. Je recommande à 100%.

Magnifique tapis Alisha !
J'ai commandé le tapis Alisha (dimension 1m20 de diamètre) et il est... MAGNIFIQUE ! Ce sont de véritables petites boules de laine cousues entre elles et aux couleur vives et splendides. EXACTEMENT ce que je voulais et ce que j'ai vu sur le site internet Sukhi. La livraison a été un peu longue (normal car il vient de loin), mais le service client a été toujours rapide et réactif pour me rassurer et répondre à mes question (Merci Katie !) ! MERCI à toute l'équipe et je vous souhaite une excellente continuation !!

Na lang wachten en veel e-mailtje naar Sukhi, waar overigens meteen op werd gereageerd is ons pareltje binnen gekomen.
Het kleed lag in de opslag bij het vervoersbedrijf (Aramex) en zij hielden het achter.
Heb van Sukhi nog korting gekregen, voor het lange wachten.
Alles TOP geregeld.
Ben zeer tevreden en raad dit bedrijf aan om te kopen.

Throughout the process I've experienced a friendly tone and helpful service. Due to the pandemic was the shipment delayed, as expected, but the customer service are always trying to help. The reimbursement of the toll was done in no time.
The rug is super nice - beautifully crafted!

Perfect service & quality, highly recommended!
Sukhi have a great range of different products and styles and a first-class customer service! Katie, our contact person, always replied to our emails in a very short time and was super friendly and helpful, even helping us with her design team to choose the best fitting rug based on some photos of our interior. After about 2-3 months we finally received our Nisu rug and couldn't be more happy. It has an excellent quality and is just perfect for us! Thank you so much, Katie and team! We can definitely recommend Sukhi!

The best customer service and top notch quality
We had to wait for the rug for almost 6 months due to covid and challenges with Russian customs authorities. Our manager Milla was in touch with us and kept us posted on a regular basis. Finally we received the rug and very happy about it! Moreover they covered us extra costs which we had because of the changed delivery terms. We want to thank Sukhi team for a great job!

prachtig rond tapijt
We hebben lang moeten wachten op levering. Maar we kregen wel iedere keer een correcte mail in onze vraag waar ons tapijt bleef. Het tapijt is er na twee maanden gekomen en het is heel erg mooi. Helemaal zoals op de foto. Prachtig materiaal en het ruikt echt natuurlijk. We zijn heel blij met onze aankoop. Een aanrader!
