Unfortunately I am very unhappy with the product I received. The rug I received is not the same base dye of the sample I ordered and relied upon and the only explanation I received from company is that there is natural dye variety. What is the point of ordering a sample??
I wasted $20 ordering a sample (that apparentley means nothing) and then waited 5 months waiting for the rug (and $2000). In the end a rug of a different - terrible - color arrived and it is unusable. I will definitely NOT be ordering from this company again nor shall I recommend this company.

Een tevreden klant. Wat wel is, is dat je best een profiel aanmaakt op de site voor aankoop. Doe je dat niet, heb je geen track and trace. Ik kreeg wel onmiddellijk een antwoord op mijn vraag naar de stand van zaken.

The rug is spectacular, it has exceeded all my expectations. Production and delivery was also much faster than expected. Fantastic experience. Can't get enough of this rug!

Hands off! Received our rugs today. Ordered two of the “pebble” design with exactly the same specs but one came with one row missing so more than 10% shorter! Customer service only said “sorry they are handmade” - ridiculous! Very angry and do not recommend if you want custom made rugs!

I ordered a beautiful green Ecrin rug which is a real jewel in my home, even prettier than in the photos. The service was quick and reliable and I received prompt and accurate replies when I emailed a query. I will most likely shop on sukhi again and would warmly recommend their rugs and their services. Above all, it's reassuring to know that the rugs are made by pros and that no child labor is involved.

Easy to use and international website. Smooth ordening process. The beautiful, hand-made carpets arrived in about 6 weeks (straight from Nepal). Six out of ten coasters were missing, but were shipped shortly after having sent an email to their support staff. To our surprise, we even received two freebies for this minor mistake!
