Fine but very slow
Sulets are nice enough when you talk to them but they have absolutely no sense of urgency - I got a skin infection from black mould in my room and they left it a month before they did anything, and even that was only with extra prompting. We recently lost power in our house (no plug sockets, heating or hot water) and because it happened in the afternoon, they left us overnight without even being able to charge our phones or take a shower. Having said they would send someone 'first thing in the morning', they finally got back to us at 12pm the next day. Likewise we had to chase them for months about issues with our boiler. It's a shame because the house is nice enough and they do get things done eventually but it's pretty clear they don't care how long you suffer for and you have to constantly hassle them if you want anything to happen.

Thanks for your feedback and review, we are sorry to hear of issues in your home. Upon checking our records we can see that when the job was reported the landlord attended the property and found hair blocking the drains. It was reported again, and we advised to use a drain un-blocker. We then sent a contractor to investigate who also found hair blocking the drains. We have advised all tenants in your household to try and stop hair entering the drains and informed you could be liable for a charge if we have to call out a contractor again.
If there is anything else we can do in the meantime to turn this review into a positive one or if you are still having issues please do let us know so we can resolve for you.

Really positive experience
Emma, Jake and the team worked tirelessly to resolve some complex issues my son faced while at university and needed support. They responded quickly to my emails and when we needed help regarding his accommodation they gave it. I would recommend Sulets to both students and parents when looking for accommodation as they really are interested in making the whole experience of that move away from home as straightforward and supportive as possible. This is not a business out purely to make money, from my experience they really are interested in the wellbeing of their tenants.

I live outside of the UK and own one house rented by students in Leicester. I have found SUlets to be an ideal rental agency given my circumstances.

Brilliant Student Provider
The whole team are so caring and welcoming. Emma is wonderful in particular! We have regular safety checks with electronics and inspections which make us feel safer. Any maintenance issues are fixed promptly!
