Our policy, which is available on our website at the time of purchase, does state that orders made using certain promotional discounts (including our new customer discount) may be eligible for store credit rather than a full refund. This isn’t something we hide or apply selectively—it’s part of the terms agreed to at checkout and is designed to help us remain sustainable as a small, independent brand.

That said, we fully understand this wasn’t the outcome you were hoping for, and we're sorry the return process felt frustrating. Our goal is never to make things difficult, and we appreciate your feedback on how the experience could be improved. We’re constantly reviewing our policies and communications to ensure they’re as clear and customer-friendly as possible.

Firstly, we’ve checked and it appears you haven’t placed an order with us. We always welcome honest feedback from real customers, but in this case, we’d kindly encourage reviews to be based on personal experience.

Regarding our refund policy: we do offer refunds to the original payment method for all eligible returns made within the 14-day window, in line with our clearly outlined return policy. Store credit is typically offered only in cases where returns are outside that window or where items fall outside standard return criteria (e.g., sale items, worn/washed items, etc.).

We are a small, independent team and do receive a high volume of emails—many are general inquiries or requests for sizing help, not complaints. We do our best to respond as quickly and thoroughly as possible to everyone.

Regarding our return policy: we do state clearly on our site that items purchased with certain discounts are typically eligible for store credit, not refunds.
