They always have the product I am looking for and their shipping is quick.

I spoke to a great service guy named Jimmy, he was truly an exemplar of what service should be. Knowledgeable, personable, and helpful all without being pushy. That man was quite the find. Additionally I would say that when I ordered the bag of food, it arrived lickety-split which was not my expectation. I was really expecting more of a 3-5 day delivery window.
Lastly Jimmy mentioned that you guys are revamping your website. I assume it's based on some feedback you've gotten from customer, or some online analytics but I for one thought the website was easy enough to navigate with decent performance, and better than some and equal to all other pet-store related websites. That's just my $0.02 for what it's worth.

I was very excited to see that Summer'sPaw offered the pet food/treat product that I like at a VERY good price. I will definitely reorder while it is available for such a good price. Placing the order was very simple and shipping was quick.
