In-store, enthusiastic staff are pleased to offer expert boot fitting and essential advice from first hand experience. Online we offer convenience, prompt delivery and excellent after-sales service. Excellent customer service
Have used Summits multiple times but never had to deal with customer support before so couldn’t really rate the company. However last week I ordered a tent, it arrived quickly as always but it had a fault from the factory, Summits were super helpful and replaced the tent hassle free. Highly rated.

Not only did they have the tent that I wanted at the cheapest price, they also delivered it within a couple of days. And when the tent had a failed seem, they arranged for it to be repaired in double quick time.

Fantastic service from Summits Outdoor
Fantastic service from Summits Outdoor. I needed a tent urgently for my daughter's DofE expedition, I live in Surrey and managed to get my tent quicker from Summits in Scotland (arrived the next day) than I could from anywhere else.
I would definitely use them again.
