I ordered the Brolin dehumidifier after reading everything. It stated the the water collector would be 2.8 litres however when it was delivered it was only 2 litres very misleading. I would not have ordered it if they had advertised it correctly. I have asked for a refund because it was wrongly sold . I have contacted Trading Standards who agree it was mis sold and that they must refund me , I have emailed Sunbelt asking for them to collect the dehumidifier and refund me , but they told me they would only do this if the dehumidifier was faulty. Waiting to here from Sunbelt

I purchased a EcoAir DD1 Simple MK3 7L Desiccant Dehumidifier for my very damp caravan,
I was amazed at the amount of water it collected in one day it was full, this whent for days ,
Drying washing was great all dry, dehumidifier full, van now dry ,still leaving it on low setting,
I would recommend this one ,thankyou

I bought a 4in1 aircon unit from sunbelt sales. The website was very easy to navigate and the device in question was £80 cheaper than anywhere else. Communication was good and the device arrived a few days later. Unfortunately the one that arrived was a 3in1, I phoned and got through straight away and spoke to Beth who apologised and said collection would be organised and the correct device would be with me in a couple of days. The correct device arrived and the incorrect one picked up. Beth from the customer service team was excellent, keeping me updated all the time and following up on the pick up/ new delivery etc. I’ve scored 5 stars as mistakes happen and the service to get it resolved was a great experience.
