We recently had an air conditioning system installed by Cool365 and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was super smooth and incredibly efficient.

Shane was fantastic — he provided loads of helpful information during the initial survey, answered all of our questions before installation, and made sure we felt completely comfortable with everything. His communication throughout was excellent.

When the team came to install the system, they were friendly, professional, and worked very quickly. They kept everything clean and tidy, and the whole process went exactly as promised.

A really great group of guys who made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

From the start, the communication was spot on. Really responsive, really clear, and booking was super easy and slick. Everything was explained upfront, including exactly what would be done and the costs involved. Pricing was very competitive and the whole process genuinely filled me with confidence.

Daniel, the engineer, was excellent. He arrived bang on time, worked very neatly, and took the time to clearly explain what he was doing and why. Daniel was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful — you could tell straight away that he knew his stuff and cared about doing the job properly. Having Daniel there made a big difference; I felt completely confident the work was being carried out to a great standard.

Very accommodating and helpful from the start to finish of the job

Installation team arrived on time and got to work straight away. They worked non stop getting the infrastructure sorted and then the unit installation. Day 1 (a Saturday) they worked to gone 6pm. Arrived early Sunday to complete. All work done by 4pm. They cleaned up. Demonstrated the units.
They were very pleasant and worked through an electrical problem that arose. Would highly recommend.
