DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I wish I had of read the reviews before I purchasing a sky blue suit for an upcoming event. I ordered a 3x and doesn't fit its as small as a 1x I have emailed the company 3 tines thei return policy says they will review your request and send the Information to refurn an item yet I have had no contact from them. They are disgraceful and I will e sire no one i know every purchases even a sock from them 😡😡😡😡 at least be responsible and respectful to respond to your customers it took 2 weeks to get here anf their return policy says 30 days from purchase yet they wont get back to me whats the bet it will be after the 30 days

I ordered a pink fluffy jacket as pictured on the Sunbroke website for $70. However, what i received is a completely different rubbish jacket that I wouldn't be caught dead wearing. I have emailed them many times including photos of jacket I ordered and the jacket I received and they give no reply. I want to lodge an official complaint but am unsure how to go about it

Buyer BEWARE !! Terrible online store … don’t trust the site, very misleading information on their website esp regarding their returns .. all returns are to be sent back to China at your own cost, however they may offer you 25% refund to keep it 🤔 .. Quality of products are terrible - a very cheap knockoff of other quality brands. No real reviews on their website .. wording like they have 5 Star reviews from their customers-False news !

I ordered a dress from this website, but the item I received was completely different from what I ordered. The design, length, and size did not match the product shown on the website. The quality was extremely poor, and the dress didn't even have any brand or size labels.

When I contacted customer service and requested a full refund, they refused to take responsibility for their mistake. Instead, they asked me to pay additional money for a replacement, even though they had sent the wrong item.

This is misleading and unacceptable. I would not recommend buying from this company.

I believe I’m one of the first people to review this company, so I wanted to share my experience so others are caught out.

The dresses I received looked nothing like the photographs on the website. The shape, fit and overall appearance were completely different, and the material was extremely poor quality. It felt more like the thin synthetic fabric used for fancy dress costumes than a quality dress.

When I contacted customer service, I was offered a 25% refund if I kept the dresses or 50% store credit. I was also told that if I wanted a full refund, I would need to return the dresses to China at my own expense.

I also noticed that the company’s Returns Policy refers to Australian Consumer Law and lists an Australian warehouse address, yet I was instructed to return the items to China instead. I have asked the company to explain this inconsistency.

Based on my experience, I would encourage others to do their research before purchasing. I am still waiting for a reply, but it feels very much a scam site! Will report to Scam Watch and ACCC if I do not get a full refund (and will update this review with an outcome).
