I buy a lot from Sunday citizen so if you just want quality or customer service both are great. I have to order when they are on sale because they are expensive but I love everything I have gotten

First disappointing order. Package was not standard vacuum sealed and color received was clear while not off white that was ordered.
It didn’t resolve my issue. The bot just told me my order was unfulfilled, which I already knew. It’s past the targeted shipping time so I want to know when it will ship.
I placed an order on line- I clicked the wrong color and placed the order- I immediately tried to change the order and was able to- I reached out to your customer service and all I got was AI- then a few days later an e mail response- but no one was able to make the change and the order has been shipped and I will have to return it- completely unnecessary and inefficient- you need a real live customer service department!!!!
I feel that I have been waiting a while for the package and it should be resent. I can't seem to find it in transit and it was expensive. Thank you Michele
Your people were polite BUT you send way too many emails. It is sad that you can't just get 1x per week. I canceled your text and will probably cancel email too. You have nice stuff but it feels like harrassment.
The system had a glitch and allowed me to order two products that were out of stock. The customer service representatives were so helpful and rectified the problem immediately and I couldn’t be happier. I have been a customer for years and will be for life now! Nothing makes me happier than an accountable company! I’d give 12 stars if I could ♥️
i still need help returning wrong shipment of pillow shams from recent order #316291. shams received are huge oversized. i wsnt refund to my credit card. return portal will not allow me to do so. i need qr code to do the return. please help. 310-849-2194. every order has been wrong /problems. i had 3 orders recently.
Truly the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I work interior design AND am moving into a new home and have been purchasing from multiple sites (quince, citizenry, bed threads, CB2, etc.) and the ONLY one I had issues with is Sunday. I noticed after 2 minutes of placing my order via the Shop App that it had the wrong address and that an order item was missing (a pillow which would have made my order qualify for free shipping). Instead, the pillow wasn’t there, I was paying $20 for shipping and I wasn’t going to be able to receive my package because the old address is undeliverable. I IMMEDIATELY emailed giving my proper address and asking about everything else. Was given the run around by several AI bots and after about 10 back and forth emails was just told over and over ‘nothing can be done’. As of now, package is return to sender and I’m out $40 and will never purchase or suggest this company again.
I have had 3 experiences with Sunday citizen customer support, and they are my top 3 CS experiences ever. They are true to their word, extremely helpful, generous, and quick to respond. I also love their products, they're very high quality and enjoyable to own. I keep coming back because there's like no risk in these purchases.

Unfortunately, I am trying to return the Snug Sofa Cover and they have yet to send the QRCode or return label! I’m have not been able to speak with a live agent!! It’s been since March 3rd and I’m still not able to return the item!

Not a great company to deal with.
The comforter was very beautiful but was too oversized and trapped the heat so not ideal. Also, the queen fit a California king bed which was weird.
Returns aren't free and definitely not hassle free.
Great customer service. They responded within minutes to my inquiry and maintained communication until the issue was resolved. I wasnt able to apply a promocode during checkout and cs was able to get me a refund for the amount difference. Cant wait to try their product!
This company is the worst. I requested a return label for an item purchased over three weeks ago. I was told their website was having problems and they would get back to me. For days, my questions went unanswered and finally after about a month, I received a notification that my label was on the way. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this company.
The hassle involved, is not worth a sale price.
