Hi Rocky,

This is a very serious accusation, and we categorically reject it. We treat every single customer with the same respect and professionalism, regardless of their background.

After checking our records, we have no customer by your name. Given that Rocky Marciano is the name of a famous boxing legend, it is quite clear that this is not a real name.

We reached out to you through Trustpilot asking for any proof of purchase or order details. After 3 days, we have received no response. A real customer would have no issue providing this.

It is also notable that your account has only one single review – and that is the one targeting our business. This has all the hallmarks of an account created solely to leave a fake review.

On top of that, this review was posted almost simultaneously with another fake one-star review from a different account. Neither reviewer appears in our customer database, and the timing strongly suggests a coordinated attempt to damage our reputation.

We have reported this review to Trustpilot. If you are indeed a real customer, we still invite you to contact us directly with your order details. We are confident that will not happen.

What an amazing review, honestly this has made our whole day! It's so good to know the website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth, we've worked really hard on that so it's brilliant when customers notice. The black seed honey and toothpaste are two of our favourites so we're buzzing the whole family is loving them! And there's nothing quite like that fresh natural honey taste is there? Really glad the delivery was quick and everything arrived safe and sound, and that the order updates kept you in the loop along the way.
