I find them very fair. Great to deal with and will help when they can highly recommended.
Their interest is a little more expensive than others .
About the process is quick and easy

Got approved for a loan I can't even access. This is ridiculous!!

i am a long time customer of 10 years with possibly 8 or more 2k loans, never defaulting, and paying off last loan 6 weeks early, i applied 03/11/24 and was declined, saying by law they dont have to give reasons (no respect for long term non defaulting customer) then they still deduct a payment after the loan was finalised , which they have done b4, i emailed them their mistake and requested (as they do a $35 dishonour fee) with the overpayment, but only received the overpayment i have emailed them their oversight , so do u think i'll get it ? i don't think so, apart from no consistency in there loan approval decisions they also have double standards

Being honest and helpful is part of the reason why l rate this company highly.
Being professional and answering my request expediently also goes a long way to promote customer satisfaction. Thank you for your service.

Getting SPAMMED on my Mobile Number by Sunshine - didn't sign up or ever contact them. Relentless.

apparently I cannot afford repayments on a weekly income of $800+
and my partners income of 1000+ fortnightly
we wouldn't of come to them for the minimum loan 2050 if it wasn't an emergency
Misleading company avoid if you can wouldn't recommend

Avoid at all costs A IMMORAL COMPANY - Non stop approaches and promotional material sent to my email despite 5 requests to cease all contact.
A utterly rogue company with cowboy directors.

A complaint has now been lodged with AFCA and I encourage you to pursue any complaints against Sunshine loans with them too.

Enough is enough Sunshine Loans, stop contacting me to take out a loan means exactly that.

I am now seeking compensation for harrassment and I will let the matter rest here.

Alternatively, the issue will be passed on to the ACCC

I paid out my loan and had receipts from them to say my account was finalised.
They then took another direct debit later that week for another $186. They owe me my money.

This company is HORRIBLE!!! SCAMMERS!! They absolutely can’t comprehend WHATSOEVER!!!! They keep scheduling payments to come out of my bank 2 days earlier than my pay date which is causing my bank to keep charging me $25 insufficient funds and they won’t even type a letter stating it was an error on their end! They don’t care at all and they keep acting as if there’s no manager or supervisor available every time I call about the issue! DO NOT USE COMPANY IM SO SORRY I DID!

Well sorry to say they have gone for great to the worst I have been with them for years. They used to decline my husband all the time. Then they declined me and approved him. Now there declining us both very very bad not happy at all.

Sunshine came through for me in time of need,l always receive outstanding service from this company and their rates are so reasonable.

I love how fast they respond and their staff is so professional and friendly 👏

Very very disappointed, not lending to people solely on centrelink I had two small loans both paid off and didn't default once! With an excellent history with sunshine, I'm so disappointed I'm no longer eligible!

Money hungry pigs change a policy just to gain more money a person on a pension is way way more stable then someone employed you can lose a job in a day not a pension lol talk about praying on the weak

I highly rate Sunshine Loans both for their willingness to help “those on Centrelink benefits” but MORESO their Customer Service Section is the best Bar None!!!
By the time I’ve signed in and requested a statement; balance or whatever my query could be…Sunshine has already confirmed my request by text and sent my statement by email! They also answer any personalised emails immediately! Their ‘Ticket System’ is excellent!
