Sent an email to ask for an extension of time to pay my loan off as I have a few health issues at the moment which are just temporary. A guy by the name of Matthew responded and was very sympathetic towards my situation and gave me a few weeks grace. Thank you Matthew you’re a star ⭐️

Sunshine loans are scammers!!!
Do not go through sunshine loans!!! We went through them pay on time, they send they payment back then charge a late fee and say no payment was made. We have bank statements that show they do this every week to us. We have gone to fair trading and a current affair. If you have had the same issues please contact them and tell them your story to. Time to get these scammers caught and pay for what they are doing to people. Please do not go through sunshine loans!!!

We do not take the payment and send it back, that is called a reversal. This occurs when you do not leave enough money in the account for our direct debits. You will need to speak to your bank for further clarification.

Great short term emergency loans. Efficient and simple application process. Really appreciate having sunshine loan assisted me on a few occasions now. My brother passed away in September…
My brother passed away in September there was no way other way the bank give me a loan even when I was with them for 7 years but the won't lend me because of my credit score was red flag on the bill it's already paid but still there,went online and see Sunshine Loan and applied with in 50 minutes I got my money in the bank I couldn't believe it myself,and then again I had an accident after 2 weeks since I got the loan again just a simple phone call to them explain to them my situations and they helped all way through with no late fee or what's so ever and I can't thank them enough for giving me hope during my brothers funeral and then my accident 😢 yesterday was my last payment yeèe!thank you Sunshine Loan

We hate to disappoint and inconvenience customers but we take our responsible lending obligations very seriously and, as per the law, we must apply a rigorous assessment process to each and every application. We consider a number of factors, and if any show that an applicant would experience financial pressure as a result of our lending, we must decline. This remains true even if the applicant has successfully repaid loans in the past.

these people are a scam they take your info and then decline you .. i had more than enough to cover my loan of only 2k but they rejected to help me what a sad lot they are promise then rejection run from them they only want your info to embarrase you and laugh when they refuse you a loan i then applied at another one and got approved right away ... these people are a joke run as fast as you can scammers
