We ordered our Sunshine Scooter early Monday Morning via eBay. Charlie contacted us just after 9am to talk us thru registration, our scooters capabilities etc, our requirements and delivery. We explained we needed it quickly. Our Pride Baja Bandit was very carefully wrapped and despatched via a pallet company and arrived safely Wednesday lunchtime ready in time for our holiday. We cannot thank the team at Sunshine enough. My mid eighty young husband is over the moon with his new Scooter. We went for a test ride and it's all terrain function has certainly opened up a new world to us and we are looking forward to joining the disabled ramblers with this new portable scooter. Thank you so much Sunshine Scooters for your help, advice and speedy service. We will certainly use you for all our future mobile needs ++++

I very recently purchased a used scooter from Sunshine. The scooter had to be shipped a considerable distance but arrived as agreed. The scooter itself was in excellent condition and exactly as described. Charlie who supported me during the process was friendly but professional and is a credit to the company. Jodie who mainly dealt with the delivery aspect was excellent.
Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending Sunshine and they definitely deserve five or more stars. Well done to all concerned.

Sunshine scooters have been brilliant with us. My scooter had been making a strange noise for a few days . They came and took it away . It was the motor so we asked them to put a second hand motor on as we had not long spent £300 on batteries for it and couldn't afford to have a new motor put on. They did it gladly and gave it a service at the same time. They were very helpful over the phone to try and get to the bottom of what they thought it could be.Very friendly and the service was impeccable .Any problems they said no matter how small they may be able to help over the phone.

I like Sunshine Scooters because, the person that dealt with me was very patient with me, he was willing to listen to what I wanted and needed. I want initially looking to buy a new scooter but he was still patient and kind. I did in the end decide to buy a second hand scooter that was delivered today, very quickly as I only ordered it about Friday and today is Monday 1st of June. That is what I call very good service. This company is phenomenal for its staff, their helpfulness and excellent merchandise. Delivery was prompt for my TGA Breeze S4, the condition of which was brilliant. I had quite a few questions both prior and after purchase and they were answered promptly and knowledgeably. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

We bought two scooters from Sunshine Scooters, a small Rascal and a larger TGA Vita. Both were fairly new, well prepared, in excellent condition and have performed well.
The service we received from the friendly and competent staff at the time of sale and subsequently has been first class and we would strongly recommend them.
We recently sold the larger scooter back to them, as it was no longer needed and got a good deal. We retained the smaller scooter after servicing by Sunshine Scooters and no doubt it will continue to be to be serviced there.

Scooter serviced, and it's like riding a cloud! So smooth and quiet! The engineer was thorough, and I know I can rely on my trusted steed I originally purchased from them. The Sunshine team is friendly and professional, understanding that mobility scooters are a lifeline for those of us who want the freedom and remain independent.

I live too far away to have met face to face with Charlie but my experiences by text were excellent . He was extremely helpful and i am so pleased with my wheelchair. It is exactly as described, in fact, as good as new.

Absolutely love my scooter,looks brand new TBH,and at a very reasonable price. Kept informed from beginning to end by Charlie,even sorted my log book with DVLA. Delivery also superb by their own very helpful driver,so no pallet to dispose of. All in all so very pleased and I couldn’t recommend Sunshine Scooters highly enough.
