Went into the Boston shop and the lady working there I think her name was Paula was extremely helpful giving expert advice to me as I was not knowledgeable on scooters. When I went in I was not planning on buying a scooter but after the excellent customer service from the lady I am most certainly going to buy one from your store.

After having a horrendous experience with another company, what a relief to deal with Sunshine Scooters, from first contact till delivery I can honestly say that they have gone above and beyond to get me my new scooter.

Wow! What can I say about sunshine scooters. Excellent service and excellent adviser, Charlie, he helped me all the way through and spent time explaining everything to me even though I’m a stress head. He was brilliant. When it arrived it looked brand new and the driver explained everything and helped me put it in my house. I’m happy as Larry with it.

Excellent customer services. Nothing was too much trouble. The description he gave over the phone of a Quickie Q700m was very good and on delivery it was even better. It looked brand new. Definitely will use them again. The delivery driver Mikey was very friendly and helpful.

Despite this isn't my nearest mobility scooter shop i will always use this one, and once again did a great repair of my scooter , will never go anywhere else.

My seller has been ever so helpfull over the last few wks.my scooter wasnt running as it should and he has sent me new batteries which my son has installed.everything seems fine now.thankyou charlie for all ur help and understanding and kindness.gentleman my freind

Charlie and this company have revitalised my wife's routine. Her scooter had developed. a controller problem and was out of use rendering her house bound adding more stress to her already aching body. This fantastic company managed to repair our controller and return it to us postage free. I cannot thank them enough. The smile on her face is something that cannot be bought, Fantastic. had a service done last week at a very resonable price and new tyres fitted,they collected and delivered aswell.

David helped me go through many scooters to find which one was right and suited me best whilst taking note of my budget. Sounds like a normal thing a mobility shop should do but 2 others I went to did not listen to me very well.

Can’t recommend this family fun company enough! My father now has a high quality used boot scooter which has given him back his freedom to roam! I was fortunate enough to to deal with Charlie over the phone and his father in person at the shop in Boston.
Top notch service, very understandable of our situation and even a tutorial on getting it into the boot!
