If I were to recommend any product this year, it would be this. I have mature skin and I cannot believe how good it looks, solely using this product. It gives a soft natural highlight and does not settle into fine lines. I spent a lot of time at the beach and swim with confidence, knowing I do not need reapply and it looks perfect all day. I no longer need any other makeup on my face, which is great in hot weather.

Using Sun Zapper factor 50 as I write this. Excellent suncream, I suffer from PLE, and have been sitting in 25 degree heat for the last three days using Sun Zapper, and not a trace of it. I am so impressed with this product, I have ordered more for my next two holidays.

Although there was a mix up with delivery from the warehouse, this was dealt with quickly and very efficiently. Having used the sun cream and the zinc stick all over the weekend, I can highly recommend, I burn very easily, not even a slight redness with this after two days spent out in the sun. Will definitely buy again.

Great product for all the family and for all ages. Great range of colours and they add great protection for nose lips and ears.

The Sun Zapper feels great on my skin, it's so quick and easy to apply and I'm so happy that it covers pigmentation spots beautifully too. Very happy customer.

I absolutely love this company and their products. Their Extreme Zinc Stick has been fantastic. Ever since I started using it, I haven't had any issues with sunburn on my nose or cheeks, even after spending long periods outdoors. It applies well, lasts for hours, and gives me the confidence that I'm properly protected. I can't recommend this product highly enough!

I've used the Zinc stick on my horse as he has a pink nose prone to burning in the sun, and normal sun cream just isn't effective. This sun block works a treat! Very good and easy to apply, not messy, and stays on, even after drinking! Not who it was designed for I know, but it works, and has saved my horse from burning. I'll be buying more.

I bought this cream under false advertisement on their website.
It says it doesn’t leave white cast and it does.
It says it’s not greasy and is like putting grease on your skin, I felt disgusted from moment zero until I had to take a shower and scrub very hardly to feel clean again as it was so thick greasy and sticky even the pollution on the street was sticking to me 🤢.
It says is 100/100 rate on yuka and is 96/100 rate which brings me to the next point as is not reef safe as it says in yuka that the zinc oxide is highly toxic to aquatic life particularly to coral and algae.
Also says no waiting time but on the tube says wait time of 20 minutes.
Also says water proof but as i am sweating I can see how the sunscreen is melting away, and normally I don’t sweat that much but since is so greasy I feel ten times more hot than usual and I see white drops of sweat dripping from my arm.
I’m extremely disappointed to say the least. And when I emailed them to complain they said is just personal experience and different marketing labels in different countries which is the same as saying they lie about their products. They would not give me a refund for the opened product even though I explained perfectly why is been bought under false advertisement, so I am now claiming my money through PayPal.

I ordered suncreams which I wanted to get a replacement. 2 weeks gone and heard nothing back. Great products but customer service is getting worse. I get why they are not on any of the marketplace as they can't upkeep the standards for the likes of TikTok shop or Amazon. I am giving 2 stars because products are good but customer service is very bad.

I ordered some sun cream recently and have had no updates as to its whereabouts, nor has it been delivered and the delivery date has surpassed.

I have sent multiple emails with no response.

Terrible communication.

I purchased the clear zinc sunscreen and this is the best I have ever used. We do a lot of hiking and this kept us protected all day. It rubs in completely clear and does not leave a white cast. Very highly recommended

8/5/2027- I had an allergic reaction from their pure zinc sunscreen SPF50. I wrote 2 emails to the company including photographs however I’ve not had a response. I left a honest review on their site but they took it down! dishonest and Disgusting customer service. Avoid

Update: 24/5/2026. I got Paypal involved and exercised my rights under the consumer credit act that’s the only reason the company has replied. Read the other negative reviews they don’t reply. I am now awaiting my refund! The company states I opened the bottle and used it, well how else do you think I got the allergic reaction. Appualing service.

Fantastic product, the team sorted me out with what I needed promptly as I wanted a Yuka rated product 👍🏻. The cream goes on really well and lasts ages.

I have bought this product many times before and it was always great. But now it seems like the formula has changed. The coverage more sheer and not as good as before. It also looks very very shiny and the colour is different, with more of a pink tone. :( I went to the post office few days ago and the ask me there why I am always so shiny haha. So be ready to look greasy :D

I contacted the company to ask if they changed the ingredients, because it doesn’t feel like the same product I used to like. Sadly, I did not get any reply. Overall, I am disappointed with the product and the customer service.

Brought this products for the first time and realised both same product came with different volume, contact the email provided and no reply in a week, send another email and still no reply, now is already more than 2 weeks. Official website stated they will reply within 24 hours, very disappointed.

One of the tube is 40g less than the other, if I just brought one I wouldn’t notice this, is this unintentional or scam, be careful.

Love their product but will stick to buying them on Amazon. They shipped my order with two items missing. There’s no phone number and no one is answering any mails.

Update : company replied to my email within 4 days, shipped the missing items plus extra. Everyone can make mistakes, it’s how you fix it that counts!

Quick Delivery and seems really good quality. Smells great as well
