The Customer Service made my experience great. The first hood decal that was sent was incorrectly cut, I contacted customer support and they gave the option of a refund or another decal. I said a correct decal would be fine with me. The second decal wish slightly damaged in shipping (winkled) but I was able to squeegee the wrinkles out and it turned out fine, but they were prepared to do whatever it took to satisfy me. The shipping is slow but packaged very well in a tube, not a box like "Rider Graphics" that can be stepped on during shipping.

They had the exact decals I was looking for for my bmw. I read the reviews and expected a lengthy shipping time to the US. Ordered on June 10th, product shipped on June 17th and I received the order on July 2nd. Tracking was provided. Decals arrived safely taped to the inside of a small, heavy cardboard tube. I thought I was getting 2, but they added an extra and sent 3! I opted for the more expensive Avery White 800 vinyl. I applied the decals today and am extremely pleased with the quality and appearance. Be patient, the order will arrive, it just takes a while. I will definitely order again from SupDec.

The decal I found on Supdec for my Mach e was unique—I only saw it on Supdec. It’s an exact match to the shape of the puddle light Mustang pony, so that was a great find. They were very helpful. I messaged them about changing the order when I realized another style worked better, and they got back to me right away. I’ll check their site any time I’m looking for a decal from now on. Great quality too. Install directions were easy to understand. Thanks!

This seller is absolutely a plus’s. Communication great. Stands behind anything they sell very highly recommend hope to do business again.

Shipping to US took about 3 weeks, but well worth the wait. 2-tone decals look amazing and adhere flawlessly (be careful to prep carefully first)

Really slow shipping, and the colour was not the same as on the site (I did get yellow, so kinda hard to match). Unfortunately, the product is not usable for my car.

I'm updating my post, as the original product didn't meet expectations. SupDec was VERY quick to rectify it. I wrote my post in the heat of the moment and should have given them a chance to fix it. Which they have agreed to do.

I have to say, I have been very impressed with their quick response and how they have handled my complaint.

Honestly, I was a little skeptical first. But I trusted my gut and the stickers arrive for my jimmy. And I couldn’t be happier with the product will be using them again thank you so much.

They made a quick resend of my package due to me giving them wrong address and they are great at responding back asap! Great products and customer service.

The stripe kit came faster that I expected. Very fast delivery. They were great quality vinyl stripes. Went on fairly easily with a little know how. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting that retro look to their JK.

I had been searching online for graphics & decals but could not find a decent variety for my Ram 1500 until I came across SupDec.. As soon as I went to the site I new I had found the perfect company for what I was looking for..I could not believe the variety of choices for graphics / decals for all makes and models of trucks and cars.. I was thrilled and literally spent hours just trying to decide what I want. I purchased several items and was so impressed with their service , communication and prices that I had to control my spending as I was having just so much fun..

Kit was well made. Colors are perfect . Really made a change to a plain white truck. I get so many compliments on the truck.
I installed the striping kit myself. Not fast and easy, but straight forward and very doable

I did have to wait almost 4 weeks to receive my order, but because it came from Europe, I guess that was to be expected. The graphics came in a well-sealed container, and I had a professional window tint installer apply the graphics. He did a great job, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the graphics.

Decals were shipped out and arrived within 2 weeks. Very happy with the product quality and application. They look great on my M4.

Stickers arrived savely - shipment from US via Ukarine to Germany - takes a while (5 weeks in my case).
Packaging and Quality looks pretty good. Application was very easy. Even spare stickers where included.

I cannot comment on the quality of the product because I haven’t gotten it yet. Shipping is absolutely horrible. Ordered product over a month ago and FedEx is still waiting to receive it to ship it out to me. Whatever you do to stay far away from this company complete scam.
