Great choice and large selection, competitive prices, super fast delivery, excellent packaging.

I've ordered twice now and haven't had to deal with customer services, since everything's gone off without a hitch, so I can't speak to how they resolve issues. But from what I mention above it seems like these should be few and far between and that Super-Hobby is a company that would handle them professionally.

It's too bad their review system of products doesn't seem like it's used by customers at all. But the historically accurate descriptions by the webshop itself are very much appreciated.

My second review of this shop.
Almost every time, fast delivery. They are not always the cheapest, but low sending costs ( to the Netherlands )will sometimes do the job.
Also customer service is superb!!! Had a wrong item delivers, contact with customer service was good and fast. Have the good item within a week, and can keep the wrong for free.

Everything came as expected, high quality nothing broken expect for the outside box but that might have been the courier's poor handling.

Hice un pedido por los buenos precios que observe, me causo desconfianza al ver que me servian desde Polonia, pero el resultado ha sido magnifico, rapido y economico, estoy muy contento tanto como cuando visite Polonia en los años 90.

Escribo desde Montevideo, Uruguay, el pedido realizado llegó en el tiempo estipulado y en óptimas condiciones. Pude hacer el seguimiento del mismo y recorrió medio mundo. Muy satisfecho de la compra e intenciones de repetir la operación.

As others have said, I was told to wait...and wait. The tracking number on my last order indicates it's being returned to sender due to an address problem.....and now the Super Hobby site is down.....
As a follow up - Shortly after they said I would be refunded within a couple of days, my CC was compromised by fraudulent charges - bit of a coincidence......

Ho speso centinaia di € da loro per modelli di mezzi militari in scala 1:72! Mai un ritardo, mai avuto bisogno di reclamare.
Il mio ultimo ordine è di un mese fa (5 navi da guerra ww2 1:350)! 😉
Per quanto mi riguarda è uno dei miei negozi preferiti.
Io vivo in Italia e paradossalmente ricevo da loro (Polonia) in tempi più rapidi che in molti negozi italiani.
Il sito per me è ben strutturato, hai modo di sapere la quantità di articoli presenti in magazzino e soprattutto è molto fornito!
Peccato che i prezzi di alcuni brand ultimamente sia aumentato parecchio... Colpa della guerra?
Ad ogni modo consiglio!

Scam website, Advertised as UK domain, but then ship from poland and its but been 6 weeks still no item reached out to customer service they try and delay you and make you wait and then make excuses and lies saying this is normal because UK is not part of the EU complete lies i order outside UK all the time no issues from others.

Still no refund from them. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Don't be fooled by cheaper prices. SCAM!

Terrible customer service!! Ordered in Dec, it is almost March and I still have nothing. Every e-mail I send is answered with a "wait a few more weeks." Now they respond and say they have tracked the package to customs in the US Postal service with zero actionable details (where is it specifically, contact phone number). I paid them for this product ($148 worth of aircraft models)...it is their job to get it to me or refund me. I have requested a refund multiple times and they continue to delay and stall. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE.

Compré una serie de artículos en esta tienda. Al llegar, me dí cuenta de que algunos de ellos no eran lo que yo pensaba que eran (esto fue error mío). En principio no hay problema, porque en su web pone que hay 14 días para devolver los artículos, pagando los gastos de envío el cliente. Lo que no pensé es que los gastos de envío de España a Polonia son casi 20€.
Les envié un email avisando que quería devolver algunos artículos y no me contestaron.
Les envié un email tras haber hecho el envío, avisando que había hecho el envío y no me contestaron.
Por último les envié otro email cuando ví que el paquete había sido recibido por ellos. Este sí que lo contestaron. Al poco tiempo me devolvieron el dinero (por eso pongo 2 estrellas en vez de 1).

Yo podría haberme informado cuanto vale un envío a Polonia antes de comprar y también podría haberme no equivocado de artículos. Pero que no contesten los emails da muy poca confianza y al final si las devoluciones son tan caras casi que sale a cuenta comprar en otro lado (aquí tienen mucho stock pero los precios tampoco son tan buenos).

Resumen:
Si comprais en esta tienda y teneis que devolver algo, preparaos para pagar al menos unos 20€ de envío (más si lo que devolveis es grande).
Si teneis que comunicaros con ellos, preparaos para que posiblemente no os contesten.

Dudo que vuelva a comprar aquí.

Good outfit with good pricing and reasonable shipping cost to U.S. Was initially wary but my Tamiya items came with no issues. They answer the phone. I Will use them again. Only reason not a 5 was lead time (little over a week ) but that prob should be expected.

Terrible service, my model ship was missing parts. Tried numerous times contacting the company for days with no answer back. I'm stuck with a build that cant be completed. Beware of this company. I wasted my money.

I've only ordered from them once and just read the reviews. Here's my take.

It said less than 2 weeks to receive my order but after placing it it showed a date of all the way to April. But received it within 2 weeks. They contacted me to inform me that one of the boxes was severely damaged and if I still wanted the item the model itself was intact but the box is pretty much a loss no big deal to me.
I appreciated in contacting me before the shipment was made. Also if you look on the site some items aren't in stock or you can request a restocking so if you're not careful when you order something you may find that you're waiting way longer than you thought, not their problem you should have looked closer. I received a tracking number and watched it all away from Poland to the US postal service. Is something is lost in the mail not sure how it's their fault especially when you have no insurance on the parcel. I don't know how some people expect a company to be responsible for something that gets lost in the mail. That's what you get when you order overseas. My overall experience was great everything was well priced very happy.

Everything went well. I have made an order on 6.12.2022 form Bratislava Slovakia and received my order on 8.12.2022 lunchtime. Excelent service I can recommend this online store. I have order only few items for approx. 27€ postage included, all stocked just to check the retailer. Paid by PayPal, I was immediately informed via email that the transaction went well they received my payment, the communication followed soon after by confirmation of goods being packed and sent by GLS courier. Will be back, thank you.

Very easy to deal with, a great range and very competitive pricing. Delivery fees aren’t too bad but can take a little longer due to the distance for the cheaper options.
