my order has not been delivered after 2 +months
all calls go to voicemail, try calling their number yourself 020 3322 9157 and check if you get an answer
they take days to respond to support tickets if they respond at all

Contacted them after what I believed to be an acceptable mis-sale in the product page title and were not willing to help. Still not sure if you can call a tap a "mixer" tap if it only supplies 1 feed.

Took them over a month to deliver and 4 days to respond.

Gave them the 2nd star because they did actually respond.

I would never use this company again. 6 weeks on and my order still has not arrived. They do not respond to emails or calls. hateful

I am posting this because Superbath have left me with absolutely no other option. I have lost count of the number of calls and emails I have sent. I cannot get a response. I am hoping that calling them out on here finally gets a response, because nothing else has.

Here is what happened: I ordered a bath in March, and it was due to be delivered on 11th May. It is now over 2 weeks late, and it has not arrived. But this is not simply a delay — Superbath sent an incorrect EDI to an old DSV London branch, causing the job to be fully cancelled in DSV's UK system. A completely new EDI and job build is required from Germany before anything can move.

Here is the most outrageous part: Superbath did not tell me any of this. I found it out myself after chasing DSV directly, having heard nothing from Superbath despite emailing and calling repeatedly over many days. At no point did anyone at Superbath notice the failure, flag it, or pick up the phone to let me know. I am a 34-week pregnant customer, and have had to spend hours on calls and emails piecing together what had gone wrong in their own logistics chain. That is absolutely disgraceful!

Our entire building project has been on hold for weeks at significant financial cost, with contractors left waiting. I needed this bathroom finished before my baby arrives. Every time I have tried to get answers I have been met with silence, delays, or non-replies. The stress this has caused me is beyond words.

I have been treated with complete disregard by this company at every single turn. Do not use Superbath if your project has any deadline that matters to you whatsoever.

Ordered a spare part for my kitchen tap, paid £20 for delivery and £50 for the part, 2 weeks later, nothing. I emailed them telling them to cancel the order as they'd done nothing in 2 weeks, no apology, just a "it'll take 14 days to refund". So now just waiting for my money back otherwise will push to PayPal.

Everytime I try to enter the website I get a message that my IP address is blocked by them? Odd. Can't trust to shop there.

DO NOT BUY from this company. You cannot return purchases. After 6 months and using their return paperwork, the parcel has been returned to me. Still NO REFUND. I’m taking them to Court.

Please ignore all negative reviews about customer service, these guys are great. Unlike some say, you can speak to them on the phone, but the easiest way to communicate is via email. They ALWAYS respond promptly and no question is too much trouble. Super prices, super helpful. very open about delivery timescales as they're dependent on manufacturers. After sales support is brilliant too.

Product arrived in perfect condition due to excellent protective packaging. Great product range and great customer service!

I haven't received my order, and I'm concerned this might be a fraudulent website. I spent over £100 two weeks ago, but the items haven't even been shipped. They’re not responding to emails or answering phone calls. Proceed with caution!

Ordered a product on 13 December - was told that it was in stock for immediate delivery. Paid GBP20 for delivery. Did not hear anything further and received no dispatch email. Have followed up twice and received no response. I also needed the product by today (31 December) so have had to purchase a replacement from another vendor. I have lost GBP100 and want it back.

I suspect this to be a scam company as nothing arrived after 2 weeks and they don't answer their phones or reply to messages.

Ignore their update - emails are responded by a 'ticket no.' and they send lots of them, but rarely answer you.

Superbath is not UK based company. They ship all the bathroom stuffs from Germany and it took months to arrive. Superbath is a scamming company that sells toilet bowl that doesn't come with toilet cistern and toilet seats. They overcharged the customers. You can't return the order as the shipping to return the order would be more expensive than the product itself as it needs to ship back Germany. Please avoid this company while you can. The customer service team is cruel and doesn't care about customer. When customer is asking for help when the toilet cistern broken from delivery, they don't give alternative options but just ask you to purchase a new set again from them. I admit that I make a mistake not checking it properly upon receiving the items as it was sealed very tightly and it was heavy toilet white goods. By the time, contractor comes around and open up the packages. It was broken and it cannot be claimed anymore as you sign the delivery paper when you receive the product and also it gotta be within 14 days.

For 2 toilet bowls, I wanted since June to get it fixed. I only managed to get all the parts by end of September. Please buy something cheaper and more worthy from other website. Would recommened victoria plumbing or comparethebathroom.

Have very good experience with comparethebathroom. At least their toilet bowl sold together with cistern and toilet seats and not scamming money.

Superbath is a joke of an online store. Their customer service is non-existent — no one ever answers the phone! I left them a message once after my purchase wasn’t delivered, and they finally returned my call, but did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. The second time, I had to leave another message because my order was STILL not delivered, and surprise, no one has bothered to call me back.

On top of that, they use DSV, one of the worst delivery companies out there. DSV consistently misses their promised time slots and delivery dates, with no updates or communication. It’s been an endless loop of frustration and wasted time.

If you value your time and sanity, avoid Superbath at all costs. Completely unreliable and unresponsive!

I work for a kitchen retailer and needed to order a specific sink for a customer. This was order over 3 weeks ago and i have just chased the sink delivery only to find that the sink i ordered is not available and the agent on the phone indicated it may have been given to another order !!! No email communication, no calls to tell me about the lack of stock. I now have a kitchen customer without a sink during their installation! NIGHTMARE!

Really terrible experience overall. A delivery charge of £20 which is already high. Parcel force failed to leave a delivery card and item has been returned to depot. No resolve in sight.

We first became aware of Superbath due to its prices being so competitive. There was some scepticism due to:-

· the suspiciously low prices

· the unusual timing of a Winter Sale in August included on their website banner.

· their location in Germany made us concerned about the delivery times and support implications.

However, the positive reviews provided the necessary reassurance, though it still felt a little adventurous submitting a large order.

In the event there was prompt and helpful pre-sales support which also brought about financial savings..

Post-sales, Shipping did take longer than expected, but we had ordered in plenty of time. We did have a problem, there was a manufacturing defect in the V&B toilet. Responsive and efficient handling of the warranty claim by Superbath's support team resulted in a replacement toilet being shipped to us (at considerable cost to V&B or Superbath).

Really, you learn far more about a company when something goes wrong than when everything runs smoothly.
