I’m one of those tinkering types who change themes on now four sites far too often. I have had the pleasure of using Superb twice now, and I’ve been pleased with the offerings, ease of installation and support each time. However, this time, I haven’t had to contact them yet. Their products are a couple steps above the average themes that you can choose from. And it is not just the layout, structure, and smooth professional feel. They are one of the easier themes to work with. They are not over complicated like some themes are. And most of all you can't beat the price. Super themes picked a winning name because their themes are Superb and their customer service is too. I highly recommend Superb themes! You can demo and then purchase if you like them. Best of the best and that is why I rate Superb themes with 5.1 stars.

Contact was email only. Took 3 days to get back to me, then more time as we went back and fort, trying to understand my website interface issues. Eventually, after two days of more slow emails, we figured out the answer using custom CSS, which the tech provided. The help robot was no help for this particular problem. I also found the Gridly interface to be really limiting in customization options. Still, a good product was produced, and I am grateful for all the options I now have.

The support team are an absolute stars! They have found a bug when their theme didn’t work with my host servers and they resolved this in a matter of minutes! Thank you everyone!!

I use flat magazine template and I like the ease of using and the flexibility of it but there is one thing I wish it did and that is show a thumbnail of the post photo one the list of posts
