Excellent service from michael today and the end results are better than I expected 10/10

Michael is a very professional technician. He informed me when he will be, which allowed me to prepare for when he arrives. He asked me do I have any questions for him about my car. He explained everything I needed to know. His amazing job let me enjoy my car. I really recommend him. Thank you Michael

It was a fantastic service from beginning to end and even came to our place of work, did two cars a mini and a bmw both performed flawless after mapping you wouldn’t know other than the obvious power gains, I would recommend the gearbox map if you getting car mapped and it’s possible on your car makes all the difference thanks again much appreciated will definitely use in the future thanks Michael.

Thank you for your response, I did state Michael did do a good job as I hadn’t checked over what he did at the time.

However, I have now downloaded the files of what he had done as my car was cutting boost due to the map. You cannot say it wasn’t because of the map or the age of my car that has nothing to do with it cutting boost. He still carried on to do the map for my car after he explained that the boost leak was not present meaning nothing will not happen, this company need to inform their staff of meanings of things before sending them out to do stuff which they have no clue about.

What you call a map was not a map. Feel free to email me personally at Khowardcross @ gmail.com for proof of what you so call a remap and I can show you what your company did to my car.

I am awaiting a refund for this as I have tried to call your company twice and no response, and emailed as well and still no response.

Complete utter waste of money completely and was not worth the money at all.

Michael did a great job and I’m amazed the difference the remapping of my 2010 Audi A4 Avant S-Line has made. It’s like having a much improved new car.

As a previous happy customer I chose Superchips to remap my current car. Purchased online, was given a choice of any day this week for fitting, made my choice and sat back to wait for the day.
36 hours before the fitting day I received a text saying “we have a huge backlog of remaps to catch up on….impossible to get to get to you on Wednesday”.
Cancelled my order and waiting on a refund.
If you are thinking of buying from Superchips I suggest you double check that they can actually do what they say they can because, in my case, they couldn’t, really disappointed.

From start to finish I am really impressed, the chap who came to me Daryl was nothing but amazing, such a nice guy, really knowledgeable and it was great to meet him. My car's ECU (oddly) is located in the passenger wheel arch (ford mondeo) which he knew and had to do so much to get to it but got there, did my map, highlighted my DPF was rather clogged and advised what I do and then mapped the car. The map was amazing, I since had the DPF taken off and deep cleaned and it's just amazing now. Thanks guys, top service, great map, really very impressed

Great service from superchips, ordered on Thursday and was completed Friday morning, James who installed the new map and carried out a carbon clean, messaged me the night before and in the day to make sure that it was convenient to arrive earlier than planned, which it was, then on arrival explained what he was going to do as well as asking relevant questions as to the cars history, he offered to stay while I test drove the car, which I had to decline due to being busy but when did take it out I can confirm that it’s spot on, more responsive and you can tell the engine is breathing easier, fantastic service all around and I would recommend SuperChips to anyone looking to upgrade power or just having the engine intervals in tiptop condition.

Michael was knowledgable, reasuring, full of tips and advice. Clearly passionate about cars and engines and his job. Enjoyed dealing with him. 4th time using superchips for various things.

First had text messages night before which confirmed time of arrival, and they come spot 8.00am, they did gear box re-map and a carbon clean, I actually paid for my car to be mapped but turned out it already was which shows they could of said they did it, so to that shows great honesty and very accommodating to which while they was at mine I also had my van re-mapped. So in all!!!! I highly recommend this company

Arrived on time, great communication, did s current engine health check, then got on with the job. Once they finished, I took the car for a spin around the block.
What a difference, the car was good before, however much improved, a really great job and at a brilliant price.

Michael came today to map my Audi A4 Avant 2.0tdi. Very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process and gave solid advice on making sure I can keep my DPF system happy and functioning well. Smooth process overall and great increase in performance on the map. Would recommend highly. Michael is highly knowledgeable and a credit to your team!

Avoid This Company – Owed £100 Refund for Over 7 Months
I ordered a RaceChip for my car on 27th February 2025 but had to cancel before it was installed due to issues with my vehicle. I received a partial refund but was still owed £100. I sent multiple emails chasing this, which were completely ignored.
Weeks later, I called and eventually got through to someone from the new ownership of the business (as it had recently been sold). He was helpful and gave me the contact details of the previous owner. Despite several attempts to reach out, the previous owner ignored him as well.
I was advised to raise a dispute with my bank, which I tried, but unfortunately, it was unsuccessful.
Eventually, I managed to contact the previous owner directly, who is now operating under a new business called paymentplan.co.uk. After explaining everything, he assured me the money would be in my account within 7 days. That never happened.
When I followed up again, he said the payment wasn’t processed because his accounts team didn’t recognise the transaction. He told me the payment would go through in a few more days — again, nothing.
As I was working away, it was difficult to chase constantly, but once I was back home, I contacted him again on 6th October, and once more he said the refund would arrive within 48 hours. As of now, I have still not received the refund, and he has started ignoring my calls.

If you're considering using this company — think twice. When a business is sold, any outstanding debts or liabilities should be honoured by the new owners, which clearly hasn’t happened here.
And as for paymentplan.co.uk, good luck getting anything resolved — in my experience, they make promises and don’t follow through. Be careful who you give your money to.

I am really happy with superchips I have used them god knows how many times to the extent that my normal fitter not only knows me but is always so friendly and even knows how to get into my underground car park the results are truly outstanding and I have never ever had a problem of a single cause to complain outstanding
