New Kitchen

Little bit cumbersome in the beginning, most likely do to a little bit complicated descriptions of our needs for a new kitchen. Ended with a personal contact and very good support to secure all needed parts like doors, drawer fronts, cover panels and fittings below and above the interior. The delivery was also done smoothly and without any issues. Follow up after delivery was a very appreciated and positive experience!
It would have been excellent if Superfront could offer more than standard dimensions when it comes to cover panels and fittings, at least some additional flexibility. Another improvement is to secure an enhanced communication around the upcoming delivery, from order to delivery. These improvements will allow better planning and faster assembly.

Really beautiful, personal customer service.

I was genuinely impressed with how thoughtfully and professionally Superfront handled my specific situation. Communication was clear, kind and efficient throughout, and I felt very well looked after.

I used the Superfront Biscotti wood…

I used the Superfront Biscotti wood (some with vertical grooves) for my kitchen in London and I absolutely love the finish - it's created a warm and stylish space. The team were super easy to deal wtih and very helpful - it was great to get some designs sent over to help make some final decisions

I expect better service for that price

The product I received seems solid enough, so I do not have any major complaints about quality (so far). However, they charge a lot so I am not satisfied overall.
- There were no progress updates between order and shipping. Currently they have zero transparency in this process, making it needlessly difficult to plan the overall kitchen refurb process.
- They claim that they "custom make" the product and therefore do not allow you to alter your ongoing order or to make returns. However, the products are far too standardised to for this to be an acceptable proposition. Rather, I think they have hit upon the "made to order" approach as a convenient catch all excuse to ignore any expectations of a better service offering.

For my next kitchen upgrade I will not use Superfront. I will either go for much cheaper IKEA fronts, or pay that tiny bit extra for fully custom made fronts and thus enjoy the kind of high level service you normally associate with a tailor made product. Superfront seems to fall in the middle of the two, offering the worst of both worlds. Even though they are no longer a young company they haven’t managed to ramp up their production to a level where they enjoy the economies of scale that would lead to cheaper unit costs and an inventory of finished products ready to ship. On the other hand their operation is too big to allow for any personal touch with for example one-on-one customer service, showrooms, bespoke measurements, individual follow ups, order tracking and so on.

Regarding returns and order alterations, we would like to explain why these policies exist. All of our kitchen fronts and related products are made-to-order and are not kept in stock. This approach allows us to reduce waste and minimize our environmental impact. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or resell these items to other customers. It is therefore very important to carefully review your needs when placing an order. That said, if you need to complement your order with additional items, we are always happy to assist and guide you.

We are genuinely sorry that our service did not fully meet your expectations. We are constantly striving to improve our processes and customer experience, and your feedback will help us do so.

Non compatibili con mobili ikea

Nonostante sul sito sia ben pubblicizzato e dichiarato che i loro pannelli frontali siano compatibili con i mobili ikea besta, questo non é vero dato che i loro frontali sono ben piu grandi e sporgono! Impossibili da montare, inoltre tempi lunghi non solo per la produzione, ma anche nell'assistenza che ci ha notificato che i loro pannelli in mdf sono sempre considerati come "su misura" e quindi non rimborsabili. Questa informazione non é assolutemente chiara e non si evince facilmente dal loro sito. E comunque se dichiari che il prodotto é compatibile quando non lo é, stai solo effettuando una frode. Pannelli super costosi con zero attenzione e considerazione verso il cliente. Esperienza piu che negativa, non potrei sconsigliare di piu l'acquisto di qualsiasi cosa presso di loro.

After reviewing your order, it appears that the fronts you purchased were designed for IKEA’s Metod series, while your cabinets are part of the Bestå series. Unfortunately, these two series are not compatible, which is why the fronts do not fit as expected.

As our products are made-to-order, we are unable to simply exchange the fronts for a different model. This is why we recommend carefully verifying the cabinet series before placing an order to ensure compatibility.
That said, we sincerely regret the inconvenience this has caused. While we cannot offer a full replacement, we would be happy to explore the possibility of providing a discount or other gesture as a way to make up for the situation. Please let us know if you would like us to look into this further.

We appreciate your understanding and hope we can find a satisfactory solution.

Kult design, men dårlig og treg service/levering

Designet er nydelig. Kvaliteten virker god.

Men som så mange gir tilbakemelding om. Kundeservice, logistikk og ventetid er dårlig. 4-6 uker ble to måneder, uten noe oppdatering.

Jeg klarte bestille to dører i feil størrelse. Men siden jeg ikke meldte ifra innen to uker (en måned) fikk jeg ikke bytte. Prøvde forklare at min håndverker ikke kom før. Til tross for at jeg hadde handlet fronter til et helt kjøkken og frontene var i basisutvalget. Dårlig!

Av den anledningen kan vi tyvärr inte erbjuda returer eller byten på dessa produkter, även om de ingår i vårt standardsortiment. Det innebär att ångerrätten på 14 dagar inte gäller i dessa fall. Vi förstår att detta kan upplevas som otydligt och ser just nu över informationen på vår hemsida för att göra den tydligare framöver.

Beställde täcksidor och toppar

Beställde täcksidor och toppar ifrån deras standardsortiment, i deras egna färger. Då sidorna aldrig behövdes, kändes överflödiga till det skåpet vi valde samt väldigt dyra, så mejlade jag dem direkt och ville returnera dessa. Det tog 2 och en halv vecka innan jag fick något svar och då tillät de inte returen pga de sa det är beställningsvara.. vilket det inte är.
Mejlade tillbaka direkt om vart dem infon står på hemsidan men nu får jag inget svar. Så dåligt!

Uppdatering 28/7:
fortfarande inte fått något svar från superfront....

Poor quality for a high price and long waiting time

I ordered fronts at Superfront online to redecorate my old IKEA FAKTUM kitchen, because I was attracted by the nice designs. The price was quite high (roughly 3.500 euros for all the fronts together), but as I was convinced by the design and assumed they would be of good quality, I paid it. First of all, it took almost three months to ship the fronts to Belgium. But okay, that's part of the game.
What's not part of the game, is that the fronts turned out to be very susceptible to little impact. A small tap with a knife against the drawer is enough to chip off a piece of the paint. This kind of incidents happens easily in a much used kitchen, especially in a home with children. We are now a year since the fronts have been installed, and almost every drawer or cabinet already shows visible paint damage. This is not the quality I expect from such an expensive product. My conclusion about Superfront is: the designs are very nice, but the quality and durability of the fronts are insufficient.

Our fronts are finished with a durable lacquer, but like all lacquered surfaces, they can be sensitive to sharp impacts. That said, we completely understand that wear and tear can occur in busy households, particularly with children, and we take that seriously in our ongoing product development.

Livraison payée 100 euros, on ne sait même pas sur quels critères, inadmissible !
Colis reçu dans un état pitoyable, ouvert à plusieurs endroits.
Réponse du service client sur Instagram (aucune réponse par mail et injoignable par téléphone) : pas de remboursement possible de la livraison car les articles sont arrivés en bon état !

Their handles just keep getting better with age

As a design professional and business customer, I find their communication, billing and dispatch very quick on their stock handles. Great quality product and unique designs that are hard to find on the market in solid raw brass with this diversity of shapes, sizes and functions.
They just keep getting better with age as now I’ve got handles in projects from 6 years ago, 2 years ago and also installed yesterday. Built for everyday use but with unique forms and style
