Cheaply Made + Horrible Service = Buy Elsewhere
Cheap product, horrible service, terrible company. Website represented that their product would fit my bike, but it did not fit my bike. Now they refuse to accept a return or issue a refund. Also, the product purchased (tail tidy) was flimsy and cheaply made, not worth what they are charging at all.

We were asking for photos to see what's wrong with the product so we could solve this issue. We have never heard of these complaints before and want to work it out. We replied on your e-mails and your paypal claim. We have to wait for your information on there.

Pullover in falscher Größe bekommen
Pullover in falscher Größe bekommen, Shop sagt es ist mein Problem und sie akzeptieren keine Rückgabe.
Es wurde größe M bestellt und im Pullover steht auch größe M, jedoch ist es kein Pullover in M. Ich habe schon 100 Pullover Zuhause, kein einziger hat so eine Größe. Ein Kollege hat den gleichen Pullover in M Bestellt bei ihm ist er merklich größer.

You ordered a size M and you received a size M. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything about the fact that it does not fit you. I also have a size M, and it fits me perfectly. As we already said, we cannot accept this return because you purchased it on big sale.
