All good! The informative, easy to navigate website, the competitive price, the fast delivery with superb packaging, and the phone was exactly as described. I was pleasantly surprised to find it came with a protective silicone case. My only gripe is that there was no option to select a charger with a NZ/Australian plug, but I knew this when I ordered. I did have one query prior to making the order. I reached out to Supero and received a very fast response from a support person who addressed my concern to my complete satisfaction. I’ll be back.

Top company. Didnt have the exact product we wanted in stock so sold us a better one at a way cheaper price. Great communication, fast delivery (3days) and a price better than Aliexpress. Couldnt fault them.

The product is good. The only drawback is the delayed delivery time than estimated.

Ordered an iPhone SE 2022. After changing my mind from an SE 2020 to an SE 2022, Supero handled it well. I was a bit surprised how quickly the order was 'processed' automatically, but was a bit slow to manually get back to my cancellation/change email. However, it all worked out in the end and the iPhone delivered fine.

Ordered a Pixel 6 from them (which was $200 cheaper than other websites), was skeptical as it was coming from Hong Kong and I wasn't sure if there would be huge delays due to Covid. I ordered the Phone on Thursday and got it the next Tuesday! So happy with this! Will definitely recommend to family and friends and will use again!

Was very happy with my purchase of the google pixel 6 phone. The camera has amazing quality which is why I brought in the first place after seeing my aunties photo's.

The first time I've used Supero and I was really impressed. The best pricing I could find locally on the phone I wanted and it arrived really quickly. For the past few years I've purchased phones directly from China, but Supero's prices were not much different and the phone arrived within days. I will definatley use them again.

Our company bought a lens which had a warranty issue. Have tried to communicate over months but they don't reply to emails half the time and basically fobbed me off. They ignored requests for a phone discussion. Pretty frustrating. No office or phone in NZ. I would avoid and go with someone who actually cares about their customer.
