Dreadful customer service
Avoid buying from this company. I bought 'Stool-Eze' for my DOG from their amazon site. They sent the product for CATS. Amazon do not have a returns policy for this product. I contacted the company via amazon messaging, Superpet requested a pic of the product and the packaging. (I noticed that a staff member had stamped a smiley face 'Jane' as having picked and dispatched the wrong goods) As the packaging was in a full bin liner, out ready for the bin men, I wasn't able to retrieve it. I am disabled and my neighbour put out our bins. I messaged Superpet who then repeated the demand for the packaging. Since then, despite further requests, complete silence. Dreadful customer service for £6.51.....

Reliable company, with good customer service values.
The quality of the products I buy are consistently of a high standard. Prices are always competitive and delivery is usually prompt, with regular updates and courier information. Their rewards program also makes my purchases just a little more affordable. Greats service and good quality products.

Best online shop for wild bird and squirrel food
This is my favourite online shop for all my bird and squirrel foods. The squirrels love in particular the hazelnut, seed and peanut mix. They fight over it.
Delivery is free and the loyalty points soon add up.
