I have been a Superpet customer for about 18 months. I recently ordered some bird food pellets. What arrived was a large box of mealworms (2nd time incorrect order received). I emailed Superpet who asked me to do a return through Royal Mail, who collected the mealworm box the next day. I asked for a refund of the £26.99 which I had paid for the incorrect delivery. This has not been forthcoming. So through absolutely no fault of my own I am out of pocket. I think this treatment of a loyal customer is disgraceful and that potential customers should be aware of this dreadful customer experience.
Since writing the above Superpet ask "asked for more details to better understand your experience". They are full of platitudes. I am now unable to access my Superpet account, password not recognised - asking for links to reset it receives no email reply. They have no concept of honour or decency for a problem they instigated. I fulfilled everything they asked me to do to rectify their mistakes. They appear to be inconsiderate greedy bullies. I expect it's also a coincidence that I am now suddenly receiving a whole lot of spam messages from PayPal who were used to make payments to Superpet.
I shan't say anymore - just bear in mind that if Superpet make an error they wont accept responsibility for it.

Placed an order on the 29th November, it is now mid December and still no delivery. Apparently they are using DX Express, who seem to have a problem with my postcode!! I have spoken to Superpet for the past week and I can certainly say their Customer Service needs a massive improvement. I am a good customer who has several orders a month estimating £80 per order. I have asked to be compensated for all the hassle and no delivery and a refund was refused, talk about looking after your customers!! I will be looking for a reliable and customer friendly alternative if this isn’t rectified soon.
Thank you for your reply to my review, but you have still not rectified the problem. If I was a valued customer why has it taken so long to resolve the problem, for which I have done the majority of the chasing. When you used Royal Mail, I had no problem, now you have chosen to go down the road of a cheaper alternative i.e DX Express, who cannot deliver your product which has now been over 10 days, you probably need to look at your company strategy. I have now sourced the products cheaper, who will supply within 3 days, they are very accommodating and thrive on customer satisfaction. With regard to your comment of 25 orders being satisfactory, they have all been delivered by Royal Mail!!, and if you had sorted it earlier when I contacted you there would have been no need for a negative review, but I’ve be banging my head against a brick wall for now 11 days. With regards to your “efforts”, for which I have seen none it has taken me all morning today with a lot of ranting, I seem now to be making headway with delivery of my order, with no thanks to yourselves. It also seems to me that you don’t appreciate good and loyal customers. When I asked for a replacement to be sent out you refused, even DX Expressed in there email if the original order can’t be found Superpet needed to be contacted to send out a replacement ASAP!! UPDATE: Apparently the courier DX Express had my parcel out for delivery today, not surprisingly I received a text to say it had been damaged and unable to deliver. I contacted Superpet Limited who have now said they will refund me my money (remains to be seen). I will still be pursuing Trading Standards due to the stress and hassle I have experienced if my refund isn’t imminent.

Ordered, not delivered. Just kept getting emails, on automated response saying it was being investigated with courier. Phoned them, said I would like refund they said couldn't do that without courier investigation completion. Advised I would claim through credit card, which I have done. Would have been easier if they had just refunded the money for goods not received. Now without dog food and waiting on refund before buying alternative.
Note Added: Expected Delivery was 28th Nov, the company just keep sending 7 day investigation email. I would have ordered elsewhere if I realised waiting in on 28th for a non-delivery was likely. I am now left without the food and unable to order anything else without the money refunded or knowing if this is likely to arrive as I don't have space for two 15kg bags. When I phoned they were not particularly helpful and just said contact my credit card company for the refund if I wanted.

On the last occasion of using Superpet in mid-late November, my order did not arrive when Royal Mail said it would. I emailed Superpet about this and received an email that I viewed as unprofessional and a feeble attempt at sarcasm. The irony was that I was also trying to help them, as they sent it "48 hours tracked" and the 48 hours had passed. The writer referred to the recent weather conditions, although I had already explained there had been no adverse weather conditions in my county, and the problem was that the order had simply been stuck at a sorting office just 30 or so miles away.
I personally consider Superpet's customer relations to be highly unsatisfactory, and I won't be using this firm again.
* Re the reply below, as I stated, I advised that there were no adverse weather condition in my County, so the comment is irrelevant. I also telephoned Royal Mail who advised me that the sorting office had not reported any problems. The reply also overlooks the main reason why I contacted SuperPet was because Royal Mail had failed to deliver when it said it would, and the contract to deliver is with Superpet and not myself. In sum, I consider Superpet might keep its customers if it abandoned the attitude reflected in the email it sent me, which I viewed as pompous.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought an item from them and it got delivered to some random address and we have no idea where the house is it was delivered to. Contacted Superpet and they simply said it has been delivered and that was it. So basically, they will ship stuff and if it goes to the wrong address(probably because they put the wrong address) then you will be out of pocket and they could not care less. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered the Kong Dodo toy for my dog that is on the website still available, when my order came I received a different toy (Kong cozie medium, a monkey which is cheaper than what I ordered). I specifically made my order here because I've been searching for the dodo everywhere (my dog loves this toy and his has now broken), I contacted the team and I was told they had no stock and it had likely been discontinued. Why is it still on the website as in stock avaliable to purchase (still!) and why wasn't my order cancelled and refunded in that case as my order solely contained the dodo toy. I asked for a refund or my actual order and they've offered a refund if I return, they did offer a prepaid return label for the toy I did receive (hence 2 stars and not 1) but I really shouldn't have to take time out to return something I didn't order when they knew they didn't have the stock when I ordered. Disappointed in how this was handled, won't be ordering again as I can't be sure I'll get what I ordered.
