We've used Superside for over 2 years as our go-to for presentation design, and had an absolutely fabulous experience with them. Somehow they manage to turn around beautiful and thoroughly designed slides amidst our crazy turnaround times, and we've always been impressed by the client service and quality of communication throughout the process. Would happily recommend them to anyone needing presentation help!

Absolutely TERRIBLE service

Failed to deliver, walked off the job, promised the moon, and absolutely DID NOT bring "hassle free design" at all. If you are a founder or executive, stay away from this firm. Not only did they not deliver, but they had the nerve to ask for payment on something they did not do and even send a collector. Absolute worst experience with any professional services firm ever and very unlikely to change no matter what they tell you.

Truly, truly awful so far. They spent 30 hours coming up with two concepts for a linkedin ad that was nowhere even close to what our business does. I've worked with freelance designers on Fiverr that were about 400% better. We'll see if we can turn it around but we're a month in with nothing to for it and no confidence that they'll ever be able to give us anything usable.

Stay away -- poor quality & sleazy practices -- absolutely terrible experience. Quality was far below the expectations they set during onboarding. Don't expect anything close to what you see on their website. While we were expressing our concerns and looking to rectify them, we saw long delays in their response, to the point where our contract auto-renewed, at which point they re-engaged with us. Very sketchy practices.

Very unprofessional. Tend to be deceptive about the effort estimates until you sign the contract and lock you in. Nothing significant gets done in the amount you paid for unless you buy extra hours. Feel like scammed!

Terrible. Easiest way to explain Supersides service offering for making PowerPoint slides is through the following restaurant analogy for ease of explanation (rather than me digging through colours, fonts, page sizes, collateral etc etc):
You order chicken, the waiter is friendly and you get a good feeling about the restaurant.
You wait...and wait...and wait....of course you didn't order the speedy service (because it eye wateringly expensive), so they will make the turnaround time on a par with the earths tectonic shifts...
Your meal turns up and too your surprise...its fish....and it looks bad and smells bad.
You complain and say, this is not what I ordered...I ordered the chicken....and they say well fish is like chicken and our chef has been working all the hours of the day to make this, so you should really be thanking us and doing cartwheels across the restaurant or maybe the hakka or some dance in a sign of absolute appreciation for the rotten meal served up. You complain and (eventually) they take the fish back for the fish to be fixed, perhaps by the same chef or another chef...who knows. More waiting and at this stage you realise you really have other things to be doing and you hadnt intended waiting around for long...the meal turns up and the brown fish is now a green fish but its still fundamentally the same stinking dish. You eventually say you have had enough you are walking out. The waiter lifts two fingers in air at you as you walk out...the waiter isnt bothers as they took your credit card details BEFORE you even ordered and they simply charged you for the chicken you originally ordered and the extra time for the fish that they changed from brown to green. You only realise when you check your credit card statements and now many months later you are fighting literally over a meal you never ate and a company that used your credit card without permission in what was evidently a disputed transaction. AVOID SUPERSIDE AT ALL COSTS!!!

I know it's a tough business to do a managed design marketplace with clients wanting cheap and fast and good designs all at once. Superside has a promise to make it better!

What they've nailed is fast communication and starting the project off well and fast. The project managers are helpful and detailed.

What I'm not seeing so far is any great design quality. I'm being told that if I wanted creative design I should have chosen premium, which doesn't seem to align with their promise: "Dedicated team made up of verified super talent from around the world."

Right now I'm seeing Fiverr level talent. I think they'll turn it around and get it there, I'm hopeful.

I'm in the middle of a project right now. The experience is decent. Not great, not terrible.

I was really pleased with my experience with Superside. Reka, the Superside Project Manager was engaging and pro-active, calling me to ensure we were on the same page at the start of the project. Reka worked with me to develop a scope of work that suited my budget. She then executed and delivered on what we agreed on ahead of my deadline. I would engage Superside again.
