Dubious & Poor Service
Firstly my order of a pair of Lovell rear coil springs was mark in stock on the superspares website. Tried to confirm this with the assistant on the site, but they came back and said they weren't able to help at this time.
So ordered it only to be advised a couple of days later that it was supposedly defective. If you absolutely test all coil springs before sending them out then this is very impressive, otherwise it is more likely that this is nothing more than a tactic to get customers to pay for a product and them tell them it is unavailable.
Anyway, was offered a different brand of coil springs which I agreed to take. As I only just received them yesterday, being 12 days after I ordered, I am yet to see if they give me the same result as I know the Lovells would have.
So in summary, was lied to about being in stock, then when I agreed to taking the alternate springs, there was no following up on when they were shipped, nor tracking information as I was supposed to receive.
So waited another 7 days before I sent another email to superspares, where I got a reply the next day giving me a tracking number for the product that was delivered around the same time as the email.
Extremely disappointing experience which took a ridiculous 12 days for you to complete. So much for being dispatched in 2-3 days.

I had no issues with superspares, good price,quick dispatch but the courier company they use Aramex are absolutely useless. Its been over a week , Sydney to Melbourne and they still haven't delivered my parcel.

This is the second time I have ordered an item from your website only to be told that you can't supply it. However the item is still listed on the website. I can only call you scammers at this point. Now I am in the process of trying to get this order cancelled and refunded so that I can try to order an alternative. The original item that you cannot supply is still on the website. This is unacceptable behaviour.
