Unprofessional and frustrating…
Unprofessional and frustrating experience. I paid over $200 for a part, only for Superspares to take 5 days to realise they didn’t even have it in stock. Then they sent a ridiculous message asking if I wanted to cancel and get a refund, as if I was expected to just let them keep my money for nothing. Very poor communication and a waste of time. Based on this experience, I won’t be ordering from them again.

Extremely satisfied customer with all the feedback and communication communications.
I’m a retired mechanic and I was looking for hard to get parts for a 23 year-old vehicle and Super spares have them on stock. I have recommended Super spares to my mechanical friends that are still in the business. There isn’t a rating high enough for this company. And Super spares post to a PO Box which is exceptional for us rural mechanics.

Springs Replacement
Placed an order for a set of Front and Rear springs and Front and rear shocks
Received an email the same day explaining the rear set of springs I ordered where defected and couldn't be sent out, but the issue was quickly fixed, was given the option to wait for the same springs or a free upgrade for a different brand of springs.
Decided with the free upgrade so I can get back to working on car sooner
What made it even better was the cost as it was affordable for me and with free shipping. Definitely highly recommend for others to use for car parts

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with this company.
I received a faulty pinstripe tape and contacted them straight away to request a refund. It has now been over three weeks, and despite multiple follow-ups, the issue still hasn’t been resolved.
Each time I contact them, I receive polite responses saying the matter is being “escalated” or “reviewed,” but no actual action has been taken. The delay is unacceptable, especially for a clearly faulty product.
Under Australian Consumer Law, this should have been handled much more efficiently.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
