3 times i have used superspares 3 times…private citizen
3 times i have used superspares 3 times a few days later i receive a message AFTER BEING TOLD THE PARTS ARE IN STOCK AND GET A MESSAGE saying sorry the parts you ordered arnt in stock,cars waiting for parts and then after ordering being told this will put the delivery back another 3-4 days!!! HOPELESS THESE PEOPLE DONT CARE YOU ARE WAITING ON PARTS DO YOUSELF A FAVOUR,BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE WHO WONT ADVERTISE BS DONT BUY FROM SUPERSPARES,"superspares" super bs! NEVER AGAIN!

Sending out the parcel was so delayed as it's expected. What's good is they wide variety of selections of parts. Still recommend bringing yourself in your local store for more faster order and streamlined.

The worst online order experience I've…
The worst online order experience I've had in a very long time. My order delivery was delayed by a week without any explanation and I tried numerous times to speak with someone who could give me actual answers but I was repeatedly told that no one was available. I will never order through this site again and I would encourage others not to as well.
Update: They posted a reply saying they regret the issue but they still couldn't pick up the phone and call me to see if they could help or to apologise personally? Nothing but a hollow apology to try and make themselves look better.

I ordered front and rear rotor disc for my Landcruiser and it was advertised free shipping. I received a phone call to say the weight was to heavy and it was going to cost me an extra$120 to freight to Dalwallinu. I told the lady buss off freight it to Malaga then as it should be free into Perth. I received an email to say it would only cost an extra $41 dollars, so I paid it today and in the mail today 08/01 I received 1 x set of Rotor's left &right when I ordered front and rear rotors Left and Right. Is the other set still coming or have I been scammed by a well know company?? please review my order and refund me at least my $41 I've just paid for extra Freight expense.
False advertise could cost you a lot, free shipping is why I brought from Super Spares. I need a good refund to reverse my Experience with Super Spares
