Leider muss ich allen wirklich abraten…
Leider muss ich allen wirklich abraten bei diesem „Unternehmen“ zu bestellen. Ich glaube nicht einmal das diese Firma legitim ist. Wir haben vor ca. 5 Wochen bestellt. Nach 2 Wochen haben wir dann angefragt wo unsere Bestellung bleibt. Wir wurden auf ein Missgeschick im Lager hingewiesen. Nach 3 Wochen war die Bestellung immer noch nicht da. Nach einer Beschwerde von uns und das wir unsere Artikel gerne hätten oder unser Geld zurück, habe wir wieder eine Entschuldigung bekommen und einen Nachlass Code von 13%. ( lächerlich) Nach 4 Wochen war unsere Bestellung immer noch nicht da. Diesmal drohten wir dann mit rechtlichen Schritten. Darauf habe wir wieder eine lächerliche Ausrede bekommen. (Wird auf „angebliche“ Mitarbeiter abgewälzt) Darauf hin haben wir eine sendenummer erhalten. Nun kam die Bestellung an. Zum einem mit einem anderen Produkt und zum anderen nicht die bestellte und bezahlte Menge.
Wider schrieben wir den Shop an. Die Antwort war: das fehl Produkt sei dem bestellten ähnlich (doch Bescheid gegeben wurde uns nicht, uns wurde nicht die Wahl gelassen) und wir wurden gefragt ob wir die fehl Produkte zurück schicken möchten (packet ohne retoure-Schein) anstatt uns das fehlende Produkt zu senden.

I ordered and paid over a month ago. They do not respond to emails. This company is either incompetent or it is a scam.

Worse Company ever
Worse Company ever, ordered products in February then they didn’t have those products, they keep saying they will transfer my money back it’s 100$. Nothing happened in two months no money despite several emails. It’s a scam company and I will definitely not give up getting my money back. Do not buy from this company!!!!!

Worst supplement shop
I bought some items marts 7th, they kept telling me it was on the way. It’s been 2 MONTHS, I have been in contact with them, several times and wrote a month ago, to refund my money, but I still haven’t gotten my money back.
I will NOT recommend this site to anyone.
